The staff is friendly and we're enjoying easy access to Rehoboth Ave. and a short walk to the boardwalk. We're surrounded by great restaurants (get a breakfast sandwich at Dave & Skippy's along Wilmington Ave., trust us!) We haven't had any noise issues. The room and bathroom is a bit smaller than other places we've stayed in Rehoboth, but the beds are comfortable and it's ok for three night stay. Just a heads up, there's no coffee maker in the room. For a caffeine addict such as myself, that was disappointing. Overall, we're satisfied with our stay.
