Right on the main strip, Rehoboth Avenue and only a block or two from the beach. Very comfortable and clean with refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms, but no coffee makers. So if you're like me bring a small one. Some of the upgraded rooms do you have one, but not the standard. A pool is available as well as free Wi-Fi and one step off the curb and you are in the heart of Rehoboth Beach entertainment. Definitely enjoyed my stay with no negatives.
