Atlantic relocation systems Review

I simply wish I had checked several sources of reviews and not just this one - I'm so disappointed with this team. Overcharged, under-delivered, disappeared for weeks.

They were really great until they had picked up my stuff for an international move. First I was charged an extra $1500 (on an original $3500 total cost), which honestly was because they used one box per item. On unpacking, there were multiple boxes packed with paper, not even 25% full. Then I couldn't reach my contact there for a couple of weeks, then there was the delay (several weeks late) and now to top if off.. it's not the service Andy said it was. So I accept responsibility for apparently missing this on the sheets provided on moving day but Andy clearly said it was a pack + ship + unpack service. I'm so frustrated and wish I had read multiple sources of reviews.. they are so different to here. Please choose a different firm. It's simply been the worst international move I've had (and I've had 5 of them).

The sales person Joe was very nice. Joe said that Brian would get back to me and that he was a recipient of all texts. I texted Joe a few times as I had not heard from Brian. Joe informed me that Brian was backed up and would get back to me in a couple of days. Never heard from him. Wasted days when I should have started looking for movers again.
Learned my lesson

They provided minimal assistance with packing, the things they did pack they carelessly threw into random unlabeled boxes, broke many priceless antiques with family history, ignored our directions and threw everything but common furniture into storage. They filled a 10x30 storage garage completely and expected us to deal with it. Of which we couldn't actually do without voiding any kind of insurance on the broken items.

It took several weeks and contacting major supervisors to get things actually moved into the house. The damage caused by this company easily doubled, 10x if you consider sentimental value, the cost of the move. They mislead my family into agreeing to a worthless insurance plan and now we're out of thousands of dollars worth of antiques and memories. Avoid Atlantic and avoid Atlantis, who contracted these people out to us.

This was such an easy process. The agent was great, the coordinator, Tonya, was so very helpful and responsive and the delivery went good.

They were great from beginning to end! Especially Amy and Joe, they work so hard and diligently to make sure that my moving experience was easy! I moved from Nashville, TN to Olympia, WA which is close to 2000 miles and they made it feel like it was in-state move! If there were 10 stars I could give them, I would. I highly recommend Atlantic Relocation if you are looking to do a move.

The owner, David, was very professional. Both times there was a delay getting started (not because of their own fault) but the crew made it for it. I had a lot of stuff, but was ready. They moved quickly on loading, then on unloading. They took extra care in fragile items and electronics. The only item that broke was something I didn t pack real well myself. They accidentally broke my blinds on the move in, but the owner was responsive. He made sure I looked at everything before he left, to ensure I didn t want anything moved anywhere else. David takes excellent notice to details, and you can tell he has a lot of experience. He was skillful getting his big semi into my apartment complex. David communicated well with me regarding loading and unloading times. This was an out of state relocation. I would feel 100% comfortable using them again in the future.

These guys did an awesome job with a complex, three-part, interstate move and storage setup. They were on time, on budget, nothing broken, super polite. Highly recommend!

Very professional company. The cross country move was a bit expensive but everything arrived on time, without damage and communication was great. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from beginning through end. Setting up logistics was quick and easy. Movers arrived on time and did a fantastic job with packing and especially labeling. This was an out-of-state move. The labeling helped the final movers find parts to assemble our furniture. All of our big furniture arrived in the same condition as when they left. Overall, this was a big move and they made this part to be the easiest. Thank you!
