The sales person Joe was very nice. Joe said that Brian would get back to me and that he was a recipient of all texts. I texted Joe a few times as I had not heard from Brian. Joe informed me that Brian was backed up and would get back to me in a couple of days. Never heard from him. Wasted days when I should have started looking for movers again.
