The owner, David, was very professional. Both times there was a delay getting started (not because of their own fault) but the crew made it for it. I had a lot of stuff, but was ready. They moved quickly on loading, then on unloading. They took extra care in fragile items and electronics. The only item that broke was something I didn t pack real well myself. They accidentally broke my blinds on the move in, but the owner was responsive. He made sure I looked at everything before he left, to ensure I didn t want anything moved anywhere else. David takes excellent notice to details, and you can tell he has a lot of experience. He was skillful getting his big semi into my apartment complex. David communicated well with me regarding loading and unloading times. This was an out of state relocation. I would feel 100% comfortable using them again in the future.
