I highly recommend Atlantic Lighting & Irrigation Co.! I had a wonderful customer experience and am 100% satisfied with the product that they installed. I had A LOT of questions for their company rep., Mike, and he carefully took time to answer each and every one. He never made me feel like a bother and ensured that I completely understood their offerings. I am extremely pleased with my new irrigation system; it is the perfect solution to my need and works beautifully!

I called Atlantic Irrigation early this morning. I thought I dialed incorrectly as the woman who answered responded with, "hello". I ask if this was Atlantic Irrigation, she responds "yes". No, "can I help you?" I explain the error message I was receiving on my app and she tells me I need to talk to a tech. No "hold please" nothing. She also unenthusiastically asked me for my name and address. I mean, how hard is it to answer with the name of the company you work for? You don't even have to say "good morning" or "have a nice day" but dang. You are representing a company and if you want recommendations, I'd suggest a good vibe from the very first call you make to your company. That's all. Have a nice day.

I have been using Atlantic for about a year and a half. (irrigation) Would highly recommend them. The technicians, especially Wilfredo are phenomenal in explaining everything to me. Customer service has been great also.

We have been so happy with Atlantic Irrigation s maintenance checks. Today Steven and Ricardo came out for our midseason check and as usual they were very professional, kind and explained everything very clearly!

It was a pleasure working with Ian at Atlantic Lighting. He was very informative and responsive. The installation process was worry free. Everyone was profession and the company (Ian) continued to follow up well after the installation was complete. Highly recommend the company for any of your lighting and home irrigation needs.

No response to the message I left four days ago to schedule an estimate; which is unfortunate, as they were highly recommended by a colleague. Scary when a company doesn't respond to potential new business.

I Recently needed to have my irrigation/Lighting system updated because of new construction and landscaping. Without Fail, (Mary) Atlantic came in and was professional installing my new walkway lights and new heads for the irrigation. The workers worked with confidence, speed and excellence. They finished before I knew it and my yard looked like they had not dug into the ground at all. Customer service has always been one of Atlantic best qualities.whenever I call they make every effort to accommodate me with a time that's best for me. At no time have I been disappointed because I couldn't get repairs or adjustments done in a timely manner. I have recommended this company to many of my colleges and will continue to promote this company. Keep up the good work!!!!!!

I don't believe in long reviews so I'll make this short and simple. MARY is amazing .She was very thorough and explaining everything to me. I made an appointment to scheduled not a problem .They came on time. .Did their job very well . You can't tell that they dug up my lawn at all . I would highly recommend this company for your irrigation needs.

My parents have done multiple projects with Atlantic Lighting and when we did our first outdoor lighting project, we got estimates from a couple of businesses as well as Atlantic. We chose Atlantic because they were responsive, scheduled an onsite appt and gave us an estimate quickly and professionally. They're quote was 'slightly' higher but you get what you pay for. Ian and the install team were professional, did an phenomenal job on our pathway lighting and the project was on time. Only wish we had done the project 5 years earlier!
