I called Atlantic Irrigation early this morning. I thought I dialed incorrectly as the woman who answered responded with, "hello". I ask if this was Atlantic Irrigation, she responds "yes". No, "can I help you?" I explain the error message I was receiving on my app and she tells me I need to talk to a tech. No "hold please" nothing. She also unenthusiastically asked me for my name and address. I mean, how hard is it to answer with the name of the company you work for? You don't even have to say "good morning" or "have a nice day" but dang. You are representing a company and if you want recommendations, I'd suggest a good vibe from the very first call you make to your company. That's all. Have a nice day.
