[05/11/2021]: No surprise!! I have no clue where my report is! May be given to someone else?? What a service, no follow ups, no updates, no refunds!! BEWARE!!!
[12/31/2020]: Myself and family did a paid RT-PCR test on 12/23/2020 for travel purpose. The front office staff has committed that the result will be published within 48 hours. However my results are not yet provided even as on today! I have paid $370 out of pocket believing your promise! When I called the office one of your staff even mentioned they are unable to locate my record! The test was not useful for our travel as we could not get/show the result on time. As you were not able to keep the promise, you should be refunding the money at least!! Please provide your email address so I can send the invoices as proof.
