This is the WORST company I have EVER dealt with in my ENTIRE life!!! Need a new chain and a new battery on my motorcycle, I dropped it off March 29th, after 3 weeks I called to check on my bike, I was told they hadn t started on it, so I went in to speak to the GM and he assured me that he would have them start on it that night or the next day, I call 5 days later and speak to the service side and they AGAIN tell me they haven t started on it but they assigned a technician and to call back in 3 days and it would be done, I call back Friday and I m told that THEY STILL have not started on the bike because a tech was sick, so after an ENTIRE MONTH they had my bike, they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to my bike!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE...I ve ever experienced!!

Been buying my talon, brute force, and kingquad parts there for over a year now. Parts are usually always there. My talon went there for a recall dropped off and picked up same day. Dropped my brute force off for an insurance estimate on Wednesday, Thursday afternoon estimate was at my insurance company. Always friendly and helpful in parts and service. Talked with sales department and seemed helpful. Can't complain

I was shopping for an atv for my son for Christmas and had the pleasure of having Jennifer as my salesperson. WOW!!! Talk about customer service, She was amazing and even followed up with me to ask how my son liked the ATV I ended up buying!!! She will work with you and do whatever she can to make sure you walk out happier than when you walked in. HIGHLY RECOMMEND asking for Jennifer if you go there!!!

Worst customer service I have experienced this yea...

Worst customer service I have experienced this year! Husband walked in the facility (service department) at 5:35pm...5:42PM a guy came from the back of the shop and walked straight by with no acknowledgment or anything, and assisted a lady out on the floor (No, he was not already assisting her prior). Okay, then another gentlemen came from the back, greeted me and provided assistance with a quote to replace my fork seals. However, he could only give me, "It will take about two hours, $220." Yeap, $220 dollars (He could not tell me total ~price with parts and out the door) to replace fork seals when the forks were already removed from the bike and just needed seals, maybe dust covers, and new fluid. I can only assume about $250-$270 to replace fork seals with forks already removed from the bike. Yeap, highest quote I received in the National Capitol Region. No more Atlantic Cycle and Power service repairs for me and my wallet. Oh, the gentleman in the parts department got it right, maybe he should take over the service department. I purchased the seals/dust covers/fluid and will take four hours to do it myself, nice Saturday project. Thanks for saving me $200.

This is absolutely the best place to go if you need any repairs on any kind of Recreational vehicle four wheelers motorcycles dirt bikes jet skis side by sides.
I myself have a sport touring bike and they just recently put new tires on it and I am so happy with their service.
I got there 45 minutes before they were closing and they still took me in and put new tires on my bike for the weekend. That to me is exceptional work manship
