It might have been great...if we could have gotten there. Be aware that you have to go thru a gated community, not only is the line at the gate long but the gate calling feature either doesn t work or just no one picked up when we called the designated line. Very frustrating to under caffeinated people.
I have been drooling about getting to go to this coffee shop! My drink was lukewarm. Although it looked pretty! Staff was amicable, but not available for me to get a new drink!
Hidden gem. Located in an apartment complex, it's easy to overlook. Chattahoochee River is the background of this coffee shop with many picnic tables and seatings outdoor. Good drinks too.

the worst experience ever. I have been going here for several years now. I decided to meet up with my sister a few days ago, and I got there right at 7. the coffee shop doesn't open the gate after 7. I waited in line for 15 minutes because the people in front of me were calling trying to get in. finally comes my turn. I pull up start calling and no one picked up. after several times of calling this RUDE DUDE picks up the phone and let me say while this is happening there is TRAFFIC behind me. COP pulls up next to me. I asked the guy from the coffee shop please let me in I got here on time but waited in line forever. and my sister was there already waiting for me. THIS RUDE DUDE SAYS OH NO I CANT WE CLOSE AT 7, LIKE REALLY?!?! and THEN RUDDDEEE COP COMES out of his car STARTS yelling at me telling me I need to leave. I got sooooo frustrated. I was so hurt. like would it have HURT HIM to open the gate for me?!?!

Great location, quality drinks and food. Difficult to find for first timers (it's located in an apartment complex). A hidden gem of Atlanta.
Don't waste your time going to this place because they don't seem to care if you come in or not. I say that because you have to go through an apartment keypad entry. But the keypad does not work, and it has been that way for months. I called to raise the issue, but they did not seem to care.
This company, if you can call at that, has some good locations and I'm sure that this location on the Chattahoochee has a lot of potential. But if you can't get in to the apartment complex, which is kind of strange, then how would you know if it is any good at all.
As for the products they serve, the coffee is well, standard coffee shop coffee. The food doesn't seem to be anything special, it's kind of generic, kind of what you would find at any coffee shop.
The general vibe from Chattahoochee coffee is that they don't seem to care if you come to their establishment or not.
Atmosphere is what makes this place a winner. The coffee, free wifi and ample space work well with the awesome backdrop. Great outdoor study and work environment. Could use a wider selection of food.
Tricky to get to (inside a residential complex) and will confuse all uber drivers, but it is worth it. Really pretty view, very relaxing

I believe that the Chattahoochee Coffee company is a great coffee shop but the location is completely killing the business. The apartment complex is obviously inconvenience by having them there and it is felt by those who go to visit. I do not recommend coming to this location.

An acquaintance made me aware of this hideaway and it's awesome! The location and view are really cool and I have been bringing friends here for a while now. Take advantage of the great coffee and treats in a serene environment.
Great coffee. They use Counter Culture. Great view. Power outlets on the patio a big plus. Relatively quiet. Could have been a great place to work if not for the BAD WiFi! Honestly I got very little work done and that was half the reason I was there, since the WiFi kept acting up, was super super slow and kept getting disconnected. They also ran out of their savory snacks pretty soon so a good idea would be to buy in advance even if you're planning to eat it later. I would definitely go back for the view and the coffee. Maybe more to relax, read a book than to work. They really ought to do something about the WiFi!

Awesome place nestled in a riverside garden surprisingly close to midtown and downtown Atlanta. Enclosed in a gated community, finding and entering the community is a little tricky, but once there you ll want to come back often.
I do not want to tell anyone about this place because I do not want you to go there and spoil it for me.

The views are spectacular, the access to the river is unique, the outdoor spots where you can enjoy your beverage, a chat with friends or work in quiet solitude surrounded by nature are enticing.
Coffee products seem to be of a nice quality, the staff is friendly, the food options appear bespoke and are certainly tasty...try the quiche.
I am so glad this place is open to the public behind the gates of the apartment complex and I really hope it stays that way. So, to do my part, I am providing honest commentary but trying to pull the star average down so the casual consumer will hopefully stay away!

Got a chi latte. Price and quality were good. Really liked the atmosphere and that it's on the river. Truly stunning to sit outside. It's another perk that you have full access to the park on the river as a costomer of the coffee shop. Only thing is that I really wish it was open to the public on the weekend at some point. It's residents only on Saturday and Sunday.
Reallllllyyy amazing coffee! I got an iced lavender latte with oat milk and it s one of the best lattes I ve had in a long time! The view is incredible and the two guys working were warm and friendly and made great drinks! Will definitely be coming back even though it s kind of hard to get in here (especially with the construction) well worth it

What an interesting find! A non-corporate coffee shop with a bigger purpose which according to their slogan is to "do good" by teaming with coffee growers from countries like Rwanda and Haiti. Great coffee by the way, awesome price on a french press, and a great view of the Chattahoochee river.

Not open to non-apartment customers on the weekend. Made the drive out here only to be told that they were not open to outside customers. This information should have been on the website! Not happy with this experience.

This place is closed for public on weekends and open on weekdays. People tend to relax and enjoy the weather on weekends. They do not have the luxury to spend quality time on weekdays. Hated their idea of isolation from public on weekends.

My goto coffee shop when I have the time. It is located with in a beautifully well maintained apartment complex on the Chattahoochee River. The view is great and the atmosphere is cozy. This shop offers Counter Culture Coffee with new selections every month. They offer a wide variety of styles for coffee, would it be Chemex espresso drinks, brewed coffee via drip or pourover, and French press. They even offer other cold drink alternatives like smoothies. As of now, I think they are offering some food items like sandwiches rather than just muffins or bread. In terms of pricing, for getting new great tasting coffee every month plus location and atmosphere, it is totally worth the 3-20 dollars you spend here.

Amazing place for coffee by the chattahoochee river..Since it is within the apartment premises it is open for outsiders on the Weekdays Only..But totally worth it.. separate gate code for outsiders.. need to let them know that you want to enter for the coffee shop..Get coffee and go sit by the river.. very relaxing

Everyone was nice and the coffee was good, although it's a relatively small menu. But the real reason to stop by here is for the surrounding view. The coffee shop is in an apartment complex along the chattahoochee river. The patio tables have a great view if the river and small nature trails nearby make it well worth the effort of finding this out of the way spot.
I have been to this place just to try out and i loved it. It is within the cimmunity but its open for public on weekdays only. The seating on a river bank makes it a perfect coffee place. You can soak the beauty of nature while sipping your coffee. Lots of greenery around and trail options. This ambience makes this coffee place unique. Totally recommend to try atleast once.
