We bought RTA Fabuwood from our local RTA cabinet dealer, therefore quality issues may have a lot to do with the company that is putting them together. I ordered three vanity cabinets from Fabuwood and the product materials were outstanding. I did have a few issues with the construction (panel not put together properly and the glue seeped out) . I brought it up to the local distributor/assembling company that I bought them from. They graciously resolved it right away by building me another one. So, if you are doing the same thing, just mention to them, before you buy that you will be inspecting the cabinets VERY carefully and will return anything that is not perfect. It may not always be Fabuwood itself, but the local assembler that is causing the issues. Trust me, they don't want to eat the price of a cabinet that they can't sell again. In my case, the cabinet could not be disassembled/reassembled, so they had to get a new one built.
at the 5 year mark with my fabuwood cabinets. I would say if you are looking for cabinets, do your research. Cabinets are bowing and not flush. The more use of opening and closing, the more the hardware is breaking down and when we tighten, hinges get stripped. They look good, but are not for everyday use. Sorry

Not only is Fabuwood cabinetry a quality product but their customer service is unequaled. I had a Fabuwood kitchen installed about 10 years ago.. More recently I needed to alter the configuration to accommodate a larger refridgerator. However the cabinets I have were discontinued about 5 years ago. I could not find any distributor willing to help me. I reached out to Fabuwood corporate. They responded almost immediately and put me in touch with a vendor who had just what I needed. Fabuwood exceeded my expectations and went beyond what most companies would do. Thank you Mr Blum for all of your assistance. I highly recommend them for any and all cabinetry needs. In fact I loved them so much so that I had my main kitchen redone with Fabuwood cabinets about 2 years ago as well.

If you are considering Fabuwood cabinets, buyer beware! Some of our cabinets and side panels have discolored and we have had NO help from Fabuwood or our contractor. I would not even give them one star, but had to so this would post. Four years ago we remodeled our kitchen using Fabuwood cabinets. The contractor was Brook Cabinetry and the proprietor was Anthony Albanese. Brook Cabinetry and Fabuwood were closely integrated and Fabuwood offered the best selection and configuration for our new kitchen design. We signed a contract with Brook Cabinetry, which included a full 5-year warranty The warranty is for five years materials and labor . The job was completed and for almost 4 years we were happy. Early in the 4th year we stared to notice some discoloring of selected cabinets, doors, and side panels. The discoloring did not affect all of the cabinets, just a random selection from various spots in the kitchen. We reached out to Fabuwood on August 4, 2017 and they told us that we had to go through our contractor. We had a difficult time reaching Anthony from Brook Cabinetry, but after several months Anthony came to our house on January 29, 2018 and took several pictures and agreed that many of the cabinets were discolored. Anthony indicated that he hadn t seen this problem before, but he would contact Fabuwood to help resolve our issue since the product was warrantied for 5 years and we were still within the warranty period. After 2 more months and several unanswered phone calls to Anthony, we finally heard back from Anthony on March 3, 2018 and he told us that the cabinets were only warrantied for 2 years, not 5. This was despite our sharing a copy of the signed contract from his company with him. We reached out to Fabuwood again and they said that they could only help us by having us fill out a quality report on Fabuwood s website. We did this on March 21, 2018 and have heard nothing from our contractor or Fabuwood. In short, what we are left with is a re-modeled kitchen that is less than 5 years new and the cabinets are discolored. To resolve the problem we need to find a cabinet refinisher and have all of the cabinets repainted at our expense. Again, buyer beware if you are considering Fabuwood cabinets. We have had NO customer service from them at all and no help solving our problem.
I have been a dealer for fabuwood for a long time. They are a great company with quality and on time deliveries. The customer service is second to none. The product line keeps expanding with new innovative styles and features . Would recommend these cabinets to all our customers.

More than half of our cabinet doors, and several of our actual base cabinets, arrived damaged in the box. Completely unacceptable to pay $12,000 for cabinets to arrive in such shoddy condition. Chipped paint, dents galore.. awful. Still awaiting replacements and wishing we went with another manufacturer. I predict they will not hold up if they cant even arrive in decent shape. Incredibly disappointed and would NEVER recommend to anyone remodeling their kitchen.
Totally Blown Away with Fabuwood service to the customer, and standing behind a product. I redid our kitchen 8 years ago, and used Fabuwood cabinets. They were reasonable on price, strong on features, and solid. Well about a year ago I noticed a slight variation in color on some of the doors. It bugged me, but not something I obsessed over. One day on whim I decided to email the company and just ask if they had seen this before, and if maybe I could get a couple doors to replace. I honestly did not even expect a response, let alone what happened next. Not 30 minutes later a CS person at Fabuwood followed up on my email, and let me know they stand behind the product and if there was an issue, they would find a fix. They asked me to return to the retailer I bought them from, and start the process with them. I used Bender in New Haven CT, and they quickly gathered the info from me, and went to Fabuwood for a solution and warranty claim. A little back and forth with pictures and layouts to fully describe what I was seeing and need to fix the issue. Then a representative from Fabuwood reached out to me, and said the cabinets were outside of "warranty" but they wanted to stand behind their product and service the customer. He said to do the job right, they needed to send a crew into my house to remove all the cabinets door and drawer fronts, and bring them back to the factory to redo the finish on all of them, so they would match perfectly. ON top of that the crew would come back and mask off the entire room and repaint all of the frames and moldings to match, and then replace everything, and clean up! My jaw dropped to the floor! And then, not only did they do what he said, they did it to perfection! Totally, totally amazing! I never in my wildest dreams thought this was possible that a company would do this. If you need cabinets for anything Fabuwood is the brand. I'll never use anything else. What an experience! Thank you Fabuwood, and Bender New Haven CT.

Very upset with the quality- this is my second time purchasing fabuwood. First time i purchased them in my past home they were very good, because i liked them so much i looked for a retailer that would sell these cabinets to me. I finally found them and installed the Vista in my new house. I tried reaching out to the company because of the gaps in the design of the door kept capturing dust and it was hard to clean. The owner came out himself and said that this is the design. Keep a lookout as you purchase these cabinets for this gap in the doors. His response was we should use a toothpick to remove the dust!!!! My sister later purchased cabinets that were half the price but the design was far better. Still cant believe i was told to use a toothpick. I am now renovating some investment properties and my friends are looking for cabinets and i wont recommend or go with them in the future.

Firstly, I want to express how incredibly disappointed and angry I am in not only the quality of the cabinets I have received but also the customer service at Fabuwood. We received our cabinets in the middle of the summer and may I mention the middle of a pandemic (our construction was halted and my family and I were ill). Our cabinet retailer advised and instructed us to inspect all cabinets BEFORE we install any of the cabinets and if there were any issues with the quality Fabuwood will have no problem rectifying the problem (cabinets are still not installed to this day-just sitting in their boxes never once touched by anyone but husband and I when we had to take pictures to show the defects). Anyway, out of the 17 base and upper cabinets we purchased there were 4 that were in okay condition. Yes, FOUR! Issues included -cracks in the seams, perforated marks on the faces of the cabinets, paint bubbles throughout the face of the cabinets, chips in the face of the cabinets (looks as if fabuwood painted over but there still is an indent left over), black marks etc. Why would I want to keep cabinets I never once used with all of these imperfections? They should have arrived in perfect condition and sadly that was not the case. My husband and I spent over 10k dollars on these cabinets and accessories and seems like we could have gotten better quality and service at a big box store. Fabuwood has been ignoring my cabinet retailer and ignoring me directly. After Fabuwood decided to "deny" our claim because apparently we took too long to submit ( middle of a pandemic) and the pictures were of "bad quality" (Our entire home is being gut renovated -the lighting is poor and I don't have a professional camera to use) I decided to email customer service myself. On November 12th I personally contacted Fabuwood customer service and was sent an email from Joseph Rodriguez asking for the information on my purchase order for him to look into. On November 16th I emailed back for an update; Jospeh stated someone will be contacting my cabinet retailer for a resolution to our issue. November 23rd, I emailed once again pleading for some information and letting him know that no one has yet to contact me or my cabinet retailer. He ignored my email. November 30th, I emailed Jospeh once again and got an automatic reply that he will not be in the office until 12/7. How is any of this acceptable Fabuwood?? Why haven't we been contacted yet? Why aren't you rectifying this situation?? Why are you denying claims where your product is clearly defected? Do you have any pride in craftsmanship? We had several other orders we wanted to place with fabuwood- living room built ins, a kitchen island, and a couple more accessories for the existing cabinets. It's like we just threw $10k down the drain! Also I want it to be noted, I do not find any pleasure in speaking badly about someones business but this was my last and only resort. I tried many times to give your company the opportunity to make things right after the incredibly poor customer service and awful quality of these cabinets. Please do the right thing. Below are just a couple examples of the clear defected cabinet faces. P.S I even direct messaged Fabuwood on Instagram and the person who I was speaking to stopped answering me.

I'm. giving 2 stars because I like the quality for the price. It would be a higher rating but no one at fabuwood knows what appliances fits in what, and they don't know who does. My hood vent needs an exhaust for it, and nothing fits and fabuwood has no idea which vent system works. All in all, sad to see a company not know these basic things. It's put a hold on my whole kitchen for 4 weeks because of trial. and error. Terrible knowledge and service.
Extremely happy with our new kitchen cabinets! The look is clean and modern, the cabinets high quality, and the soft closing hinges and drawers are game changers. The cabinet trims are all are flush mounted to the base (no lip) so wiping clean is a breeze. Highly recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their cabinets.
We used their Nexus line in our kitchen. For the price point well built and a nice array of options. Would have five stars except they do not stand behind any damage that occurs after the cabinet is boxed. We had a piece shipped that was obviously defective (split where wood should not split). The dealer we dealt with picked up the cost but Fabuwood apparently had no interest in the issue. If it was ok when they put it in the box then the damage must have occurred in shipping. Sorry, but there is no way that out of 100% of their cabinets none of them have issues in the materials that show up in time. Meanwhile how do you file a claim with UPS/Fedex when the box arrives looking 100% fine and doesn't even say fragile on it!!! In all ok for the price point...
We just installed our new fabuwood kitchen in my moms house and we really can t be any happier with the results. I would definitely recommend fabuwood to anyone who s working with a low budget but still wants their kitchen to look amazing.
It is 4 years since my Fabuwood kitchen was installed. all cabinets are still in perfect condition all doors and hinges still as new! If you want a good kitchen then go fabuwood!
I did not do any reach on this manufacture until I received my kitchen 6 cabinet have cracks or damage. If you want to order from them anyway inspect your cabinet and refuse the delivery if you have issues. Give your self extra time for the project. This company have no quality control plan.

We do not have any more service or quality issues with Fabuwood then we do with any of our other cabinetry lines from low to high end. Most complaints about fabuwood cabinetry sound like the dealers aren't servicing their clients. When there is an issue with quality or damage Fabuwood always works with us promptly to correct and fix the issue. All our clients are satisfied with their decision to purchase fabuwood cabinetry from us. Fabuwood Cabinetry has great design options and the quality can't be beat for the price.

All my cabinets have some sort of damage on them. My Home Depot cabinets at my precious home, which were all MDF, are better quality. I have never seen cheaper or worse made cabinets. There is no wear and tear. We spent $11k on cabinets and a year later they are worn, chipped and look like they ve been thru war. When speaking to fabuwood, we were given the run around, eventually someone came to inspect the cabinets and were told it was the poor installation. Poor installation doesn t explain why touching the cabinets causes them to chip or dent. To shut me up on Instagram and other social media they gave me replacements for a couple of the doors but it s not just the doors and drawer covers, it s the framing, the doors, the toe kicks, everything! In retrospect I would ve spent $10k more and bought a much better quality product. I ve never been I happier with a consumers product in my life. What worse is that they have some loophole in their warranty and give you bs about painted wood and don t honor anything. This product should be taken off the market and these guys should be taken to court for blindsiding so many consumers.
I have personally sold hundreds of thousands of dollars of Fabuwood cabinetry. The quality of the cabinetry is amazing and the price for that quality unbelievable.
I wish I could give no stars. Fabuwood cabinets crack, bubble, and peel at the slightest hint of water, which tends to happen often in a kitchen. The first cracks and paint chips occurred two weeks after installation (on the opposite side of my kitchen from the sink) and have continued ever since. Please do not waste your money.
Bought a kitchen for my new house in Florida. Shipping date was as promised and arrived safe. The glass cabinets were well packed and arrived intact. Quality seems durable and coloring is perfect what I had ordered. Will recommend Fabuwood to my sister who is renovating.

Very good and professional company to deal with. Ordered a kitchen from Fabuwood and couldnt be happier with the quality and design, They put a nice contemporary touch to the colors. The dealer was easy to work with and the kitchen came faster then expected. The kitchen came so quick that I had to store it in my garage for a few days until the kitchen was ready to be installed, There was a small issue with the wrong color on one of the units but was taken care of right away. The kitchen can take abuse from alot of cooking and people are always wondering how is it so nice. Oh and did I mention the price?? Way cheaper then anyone else.. Definitely recommend!! They really strive to put the customer first!!
