Ermias at the Lemay Ferry Store was Awesome! He found my tiles for me from another store, arranged for delivery and had me on my way. He was very calm and made it happen. He is what customer service is all about.
I have had the worst service ever at Floor Decor in Cincinnati, Ohio. If you call your call gets disconnected. If you are lucky and someone answers they put you on hold and then you are disconnected.
Never enough people and everyone is confused on what is going on. It's unfortunate but I do not believe this store will last. Maybe it's just the Cincinnati store but people will say enough is enough and shop somewhere else.
So unorganized!!!

They ignore email, phone and mail requests.
I have a case number from months ago and they fail to call me back or contact me in any manner to discuss the issue.
I tried to call the President of the company and they refuse to connect my call or even offer her email.
I would not spend your money with this retailer.
Follow up....Floor and Decor four days ago said customer service would contact me....still waiting....nonsense!
If I could give -100 stars I would...... I ordered flooring for one of my projects on March 14th. I was told by an employee before I placed my order that the flooring was already on a truck and would be at the store within the week (by the 20th) I have called multiple times, most times no one wants to answer the phones. If they do, they pick up and immediately put you back on hold. When I have gotten through, they send you to the back of the store warehouse so they can look up order. They never have information on order, can t tell you time frame of when it will be there.... I m still without flooring and my job has been on hold for a week now. Costing me thousands. I ve never seen such awful customer service. I will be canceling all of our project orders and will never do business with this awful store again.
Been more than a month that I made an order for bamboo flooring. No one answers the phones at the Orlando E Colonial Dr Store. Had been going multiple times to the store to check on the status of my order and the excuses they give is that they are short staff and have no truck drivers to pick up the merchandise from the port.
I went to the store located in Memphis,Tn sent 2 hours picking out my materials for my bathroom remodeling project. I purchase the material that was in stock and verified by the sales associate who assisted me. My contractor was listed as my pickup person... he gets there and they tell him that they sold my order! I called them and asked if they could perhaps give me some type of discount for my inconvenience... they said no ... you can wait 5-7 business days... so I thought that calling the corporate office would be better... oh no he was just as rude and inconsiderate.
Note to anyone... Go to Lowe s or Home Depot!!
I m on my way to get my refund ... and I ll never step foot in this place again!
Floor and Decor in Knoxville will not answer their phone I have spent 3 days of consent trying probably a total of 3 hours at least of my time. During this time I had a contractor waiting to pick up and deliver. I am 175 miles away. It says on line they have what I want but I d like to be sure before I invest in having picked up. I am sorry I ever bought from this company snd definitely will not in the future.
This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with! My floor was ordered on March 15, 2021 because they did not have enough square footage in stock. I was told the flooring would arrive on Monday April 12, 2021 to my residence. The flooring never came. The delivery came the next day and it was missing 38 boxes of flooring and padding that already was paid for on March 15th. And also 4 boxes of the wrong flooring. I called the Orlando Store where I ordered my floor from and paid it in full and was told by a manager Mike Rivera that he would look into it. I have yet to receive a phone call back or my flooring. Today I am told that my flooring is sitting in the Boynton Beach Store by another manager Angel and that they are working on getting the rest of my "Paid in Full Flooring" from that store but they can't guarantee me when that will be delivered. Don't ever order anything from this company! Over $10.000.00 paid for flooring and still waiting for it!
I had a project in Houston and the customer picked out a bamboo floor for their home at Floor and Decor near their home. They were short 8 boxes and said I could get more at another location. I have to deal with this company several times during the project. Rather than driving all over the city to see what location has stock I have tried to call the stores to check. They absolutely refuse to answer their phones to answer customer questions. They say they are too busy to answer but yet you go to the location and everyone is huddled up in several bs sessions. This Micky Mouse operation is a complete nightmare to deal with. GO TO ANY OTHER COMPANY if you value your time and energy
I have been trying to place an order on your site for over two hours now, I have made 4 different calls, been transferred or given 2 different numbers that lead to nowhere and the team member that i spoke to at my local store said i could only order the specific product on line. i also tried using your chat service which was 15 minutes of wasted time and a dead end as well. for a company that should be able to sell flooring and decor your company is making it extremely difficult to a first time customer to see any value in your services.
I make it all the way to the check out screen and it wont take me any further and freezes every time, this company seems more like a scam or a joke then a legitimate business, things like this should not be happening at company of this size.
