This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with! My floor was ordered on March 15, 2021 because they did not have enough square footage in stock. I was told the flooring would arrive on Monday April 12, 2021 to my residence. The flooring never came. The delivery came the next day and it was missing 38 boxes of flooring and padding that already was paid for on March 15th. And also 4 boxes of the wrong flooring. I called the Orlando Store where I ordered my floor from and paid it in full and was told by a manager Mike Rivera that he would look into it. I have yet to receive a phone call back or my flooring. Today I am told that my flooring is sitting in the Boynton Beach Store by another manager Angel and that they are working on getting the rest of my "Paid in Full Flooring" from that store but they can't guarantee me when that will be delivered. Don't ever order anything from this company! Over $10.000.00 paid for flooring and still waiting for it!
