Went for a Wood Brothers concert and it POURED rain. We were soaked and miserable. That isn't ABG's fault, I know. What we saw of the gardens was really cool. And the concert was great once it got going. The sound was really good. Might go back for another show sometime, but will have to make sure to bring a poncho!

Being May much of the outdoor sections of the garden were actively growing, some even blooming. Although there are indoor exhibits they would be a bit of a letdown, just a fraction of what is available to see during the growing season. Parking structure on the grounds, although it is not included in admission which is $20, so you will want to go when you can get your money's worth.

We arrived at around 1PM but unfortunately due to the horrific and inefficient parking situation we did not get into the parking deck and get a parking place until about 3PM. TWO hours to wait through about 20 iterations of lights at the Piedmont Drive entrance and then a SLOW progression to finally get to the parking attendant to PAY to park. After we paid to park another SLOW progression to get through the parking deck and FINALLY get a place to park. Absolutely no staff there to help facilitate a smooth flow of traffic and parking so visitors are stuck in a 2 hr traffic jam to go literally about a fourth of a mile. What a waste of a Sunday. You would think creating/managing a parking area that lets visitors park within 5-15 minutes would be a no brainer.

Always a great time for fresh air, conversation, and a bite to eat in the Atlanta fall. Not yet holiday lights so the crowd is light. Not too heavy on the Halloween stuff, but creative. Hats off to those creators. A little Covid references, but not overdone.

Beautiful place, slots for the evening light show seem to always get filled. Some things are closed due to covid, like the cooking class in the edible garden. I wish there were more hand sanitizer stations around. Still was enjoyable after being inside for so long.

Parking prices are great. Entry prices are reasonable. They are creating Alice in Wonderland at this time. From what I saw it will be great. I truly enjoyed thr rose garden and the canopy walk. I could have easily stayed all day. A must see.

Coolest attraction to see at night by far!! They have amazing light shows and music all over the place. Great place to take you and your date for an amazing evening. Really friendly staff and lively atmosphere. Recommend going on a week day not on the weekends. They are packed in the weekends and it makes it less enjoyable due to the fact you're tripping over everyone. Great view of the city in the background and good place to take kids. We got hot chocolate and they even sell Smores you can cook over a fire!!! Definitely a must see if you're passing through. Also they have an option to get 3D glasses for an extra cost with a compimentry drink. Me and my fiancee didn't purchase it and found out from another couple it didn't make a huge difference with visual affects except seeing bugs on in the lights, tried them out and wasn't impressed. The basic ticket was all you really need to have a good time unless you need that drink. Overall best place I've seen here at Atlanta. It was so beautiful we walked back through it twice to get another view. Check it you you won't be disappointed at all.

In addition to its stunning plant displays, Atlanta Botanical Garden also offers a variety of educational programs and events throughout year such as classes on gardening techniques or cooking with herbs grown at garden itself; concerts featuring local musicians; art exhibits showcasing works inspired by nature; and much more!

For those who want to learn more about horticulture or botany field itself can take advantage by attending workshops offered by experts who work at this botanical garden which provides hands-on experience with plants grown here.

The Atlanta Botanical Garden also plays an important role in conservation efforts both locally and globally through partnerships with other organizations such as The Nature Conservancy or World Wildlife Fund etc., helping protect endangered species like monarch butterflies whose population has been declining rapidly due to habitat loss caused by human activities like deforestation etc..
