I've spent a LOT of time at this hotel. Upgrades have been made to the rooms and the staff are quite attentive. The shuttle has a great schedule getting to the airport and is flexible for some other destinations as well.

Very well situated in proximity to Atlanta airport. The hotel is tastefully furnished and decorated in the public areas with the feel of open space and a relaxing ambience. The staff are very friendly and the Starbucks coffee shop offers amazing sandwiches and an extremely memorable chef's salad.

I really didn't wanna give this place 1 star, but my wife said be nice. So the rooms weren't clean it had cups & trash under the bed-after we were given the wrong rooms. And to top it off I went to smoke and my room key didn't work so I went to tell them they said since I didn't book the room they couldn't let me in so I slept in the car for 4 hrs, coming from Kentucky. Never again don't stay here wouldn't be surprised if they had bed bugs!!

Stuck in Atlanta because of terrible weather. The hotel was nice. The beds were comfy. The pillows were not down which was a super good thing for me. The hotel staff were super understanding and friendly. The only reason it's not five stars is the room service ends before the restaurant in the lobby closes. I wanted to eat in peace in my room and was, not able to do so. The restaurant staff were very kind and made me feel comfy. Atlanta is the best place to be stranded. Good old southern comfort food and hospitality.

This is a beautiful spacious hotel very close to the Airport. The staff is always extra friendly. There are 2 restaurants and a coffee shop in the lobby. If you self park, there is no wheelchair ramp so you have to carry bags up a flight of stairs. Just remember to drop all of your bags at the front, then park, then walk all the way back...you get the idea. Also, you have to walk through a restaurant to get to the lobby to actually check in. Once you get used to these eccentricities, the hotel is awesome.

Airport shuttle only every 30 mins is insufficient. .. there were 5 people standing in addition to all seats filled on the 1:30pm van. suggest they run more frequently or run a second shuttle at peak times. remodeled rooms are very nice and comfy. corporate still makes you call down to front desk and wait for foam pillows instead of just having them in all rooms. that can be annoying at 2am.

Staff was very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Rooms are recently remodeled. Food and beverage quality was good. My three star rating stems from the following negatives: 1) Lot of noise in the rooms. The floors are faux wood and echo a lot. Hallway noise. Airport noise. You name it, you hear it. 2) shower/tub seems to be the only part of the rooms that weren't renovated. It shows. 3) while room service food was good, and I appreciate how comparatively affordable it is to similar establishments, I don't like the "take-out/delivery" style approach. An option to choose this vs traditional white tablecloth room service would be nice and I expect that at a 4 star / category 6 Marriott hotel. 4) gateway hotels (including another Marriott) are newer and right off the airtrain. To remain competitive, this Marriott needs to improve the shuttle service (offer something "more") and give people a reason to stay here other than the other hotels are booked already.

Nice hotel serving the busiest airport in the world. Rooms are good and clean. Comfortable bed and very good lighting. Brighter than most hotel rooms I've been in. Has a pool, bar, and restaurant. Seems to be a busy place year round.

The service at this location sucks...to pay $500 a night, you would expect service to be great! The African American Male bartender has the nastiest attitude and tone as if it's a bother to order from the bar. Then the Voya restuarant, the woman is digging in the garbage for receipts prior to taking an order and not even washing her hands! You have to do.better..

My room was very nice. It was a beautiful room. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great!!! The remote to the TV sucked. they have an option to go straight to your Netflix which is great. Only problem with that is it takes a year to type in your email and password. So by the time you login, it is time to check out. Even changing the channels is a chore. I am traveling with my children so TV was important to them. If it isn't important to you, it won't be a problem. I couldn't figure out how to order room service. I kept calling the service desk, and there was a food button on the phone. I was met with no reply from either. So we went down and ate at the lobby restaurant and bar. The staff at the lobby restaurant was amazing!!! I couldn't have been more satisfied with them. At night and at breakfast, we had great servers who took care of my little clan perfectly. And as for the whole Covid disaster that is upon us, I personally saw everything being sanitized while we were there. Touch screens, tables, chairs, and all staff wore masks. Side note, someone, should make a mask that doesn't muffle voices. Aside from some minor issues, which can probably be chalked up to user error, we had a very nice stay. I would recommend this hotel to other weary travelers. Just know, there is no valet parking(Corona) so maybe don't bring all your luggage in if you don't have to.

Another over price room. It does not come with anything extra like breakfast to even consider. A simple plain room for over $120+ 21 for self parking or $25 for valet. I heard another guess complaining, that they even charge for the luggage cart. Oh no! never again I would waste my money at this hotel.

Recently spent a night at this hotel. Room was not refreshed and called the desk three separate times for towels which was never brought up to the room before check out. I am understanding when there are different events at the hotel. However when I called the third time, I asked the lady at the front desk if I could come down to pick them up, she said no they would bring them up but never did. In my opinion this hotel did not live up to the Marriott name and it's for this reason I will be sticking to Hilton.

- Astonishingly, they want to charge $12.95 per day for internet that apparently works, since their "free" internet certainly does not. Even lower end hotels have free wi-fi! I am incredulous that they cannot provide even this basic service to guests.
- accommodations neat and clean, although my room was missing the little table beside the chair by the window.
- friendly helpful staff.
- pillows like marshmallows, comfortable bed.
I am disappointed that this hotel cannot be bothered to provide a very basic service both for leisure and business travelers such as internet.

Hotel is beautiful, and the staff are extremely helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable, with the softest bed I've slept on in a long time. Everything I ordered from the restaurant was delicious. Would recommend and stay again!

This hotel is beautiful and the staff is very polite and helpful. Everything you need under one roof. Breakfast starts at 6:30am and ends 10pm. The kitchen and bar is open until 1am. I would surely visit again when I go back to Atlanta.

They've done some renovations since I was here last, and it's very nice! The rooms have a modern feel. Comfortable beds, comfortable space. There's a nice sized gym and the restaurant is good. It's a very pleasant stay!

The hotel accommodations were exactly what I expect from Marriott hotels. Check-in was quick and smooth. However, again, the restaurant service was awful. This was my second encounter with the same server in the restaurant. It will be my last. There are just too many options for superb service in the area, to keep coming back for poor service. In addition, my friend left his car with valet, but had a terrible time retrieving it. This delay almost caused him to be late for an important meeting.
