Parked my car there when I went to Canada. It was easy to find and very close to the airport. The staff was very friendly. The shuttle runs every 15 minutes so we didn't have to wait long to get to the airport.
Good location, rooms are great, comfy bed, great bathroom. Food is pricey and no breakfast
Use the marriot for overnight airport parki guys excellent.
Visited the Atlanta Airport Marriott for brunch. They have some of the best omelettes and breakfast items, plus sides on the south side of Atlanta. If anybody is in the area, stop by, no regrets.
The restaurant has better than average hotel food. I enjoyed my meal there.
The View out of my hotel room was pretty nice of the runway. The buffet was okay.
My stay was wonderful! The front desk staff were very helpful and thorough in explaining policies and nearby transportation. The gentlemen that help with your bags are very helpful and polite. I know it's proper protocol to tip, but the service is so genuine you feel like a bum if you don't top them. I highly recommend this facility.
The cost was $365 for 2 nights. That was fine. We were never told that there was a $100 hold once we checked in. Also $ 25 a day parking. Thankfully God is faithful, we were able to make ends meet.
AMAZING!! This has been by far my absolute best hotel stay experience. I have worked in a 5 star resort, so my expectations for hospitality are rather high. You all exceeded them! Our room was spotless, and I immediately felt right at home. Housekeeping, valet, and the front desk staff were all consistently kind, and went out their way to make my stay so memorable. Thank you so much to Ashely and Guianna in Starbucks!! Y all are so sweet, and I really enjoyed meeting you! I was here for a conference, but whenever I come back to Atlanta, I will be coming here. You made me feel like royalty, and I needed that. Keep up the great work!!
This is probably one the best hotels I've stayed in Atlanta. The restaurant has great food and service. The gym is clean, will equipped and up to date. The buffet chef is great... Belgium waffles and custom eggs and omelettes... you can't go wrong.
It is located a short distance from Atlanta International Airport, however, they offer free transportation with not so long waiting time.
The rooms are very comfortable and include all the basics you would expect from a hotel.
They have a pool and gym.
One point to take into account is that upon check-in we were required to register a credit card with the availability of at least US $ 200 for possible consumptions that will be charged to the room. In our case, it took approximately 12 days for that amount to be available again on our card.
Clean, nice staff and elegant feel. The room was decent sized and was clean. Comfortable bed as well.
I left a beautiful winter scarf covered in rhinestones on their shuttle. I've gone back 3 times to retrieve and the driver's all say they can't find it. I don't like thieves. Also the front desk chick named Mel is the most lifeless unfriendly person I've EVER encountered that works in customer service. She needs to QUIT because to be the first person that guests meet is a poor representation of that company. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.
Stayed the weekend of 11/30/19 for 2 days for a wedding. Upon checking in Kayla Brown the Assistant Operations Manager provided excellent service. She honored my Gold status and insured I had whatever needed. Enjoyed the lobby restaurant, food and service were both great. The gym lovely, the only problem $3.50 for a can of soda from the drink machines.
Room is a nice size, staff is nice, food at restaurant was good but pricey.
After a long delay because of a "suspicious package" being found in the restroom, our flight was delayed and we were sent to 2 different gates before we got to the right one! Super annoying and time consuming. I swear we rode the plane train 4 times.
The convention staff was very friendly and helpful.
We had a great stay, room was nice and super clean, lobby restaurant was great and stays open late.
Just parked here for the airport, but it was a smooth experience and we'll be back!!
Great hotel would have been a 5 star. The only reason lower was housekeeping came knocking at 8:30, checking to see if we had checked out. Not 5 star service. The rest of the hotel is great. Be aware of parking cost.
Loved this hotel. Very nice, clean and homey. I'd definitely stay again or recommend to anyone visiting. It's very close to the airport as well. Less than 10 mins for me which is awesome when you have to get up early for a flight the next morning.
We were among 100+ people who spent the night here due to flight delays in Allanta. The staff was very calm, friendly and helpful despite tbe influx of so many guests at 12 midnight. The beds were very comfortable and I totally loved the large walk-in shower.
This hotel was wonderful. From the moment you arrive till the time you leave, the staff welcomes you as if you were at home. The rooms are very clean. There's also a gift shop, Starbucks and a restaurant in the lobby. They offer shuttle service to the airport which is a couple of miles away.I will return whenever I'm in Atlanta to this world class hotel.
Used airport parking. Always good service and reasonable prices.
Nice staff and clean. Have shuttles every 15 minutes to airport during peak times. On time without issue. Only drawback is it is a bit far from airport.
Great airport parking lot. Nearest to the airport and the cheapest. Shuttle to domestic Airport every 15 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel.
This place is AMAZING. If he is avaliable as for "Jay", he is the very best front desk attendant in Marriott History! The food is great bu5 overpriced. Your better off getting delivery or going to the Airport on the shuttle and bringing back something to eat for your stay.
The pool is amazing and the rooms are even nicer. Amazing views and modern nice rooms. 5 stars all the way!
Super dusty Room!!!! Booked 2 rooms at Marriot airport atlanta, hoping to get a clean no carpet redesigned room but what we got is super dusty & filthy rooms. Me & my Son can t stop sneezing!! Told the front desk lady to get the room re-clean, came back & nothing has changed!! either she gave wrong room number to the housekeeping lady or she didn t tell the housekeeping. I don t know!! too late to call again cuz my Son wanted to sleep.
definitely unacceptable!! little dust here and there is normal in hotel rooms but this one is unbelievable! We re so glad that we only stay for 1 night. If you re planning on staying here, beware! make sure to check under the couch, bedstand, and lamps etc & be ready to get sick cuz it s really nasty!!
great clean place Staff was awesome, only complaint is the hot water takes forever!!
Room was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. Surprisingly, there was no airplane noise, even being so close to the airport. Staff was friendly and outgoing and the restaurant offered some very tasty options (and stayed open late!)
Very nice hotel located very near to the Atlanta airport. Reasonably priced as well.
A really big place convenient to get to your local Hartsfield Atlanta Airport
Good quality rooms, comfortable bed, well equipped Gym, restaurants and Starbucks inside the Hotel.
Shuttle bus to the Airport.
Had to call the main line 3 times for someone to answer my call to the front desk. Was put on hold for 10+ minutes. The resolution process to notify a guest of a gift at the front desk was poor and awful follow through from the front desk staff.
Clean and comfy. Meets my expectations of Marriott.
Effortless parking and transportation to and from Atlanta airport.
One of my favorite hotels. Solid Marriott property!
Was very impressed with the courtesy of the staff. A young man named Keith who worked in valet parking went out of his way to accomodate us.
Excellent atmosphere at concierge and bar..really nice rooms
Incompetent taking of reservations made checking in a nightmare with reserved rooms not being readily available. Then there's the outrageous parking fees. They charge ALL rooms for parking, even if the guests don't use the parking lot. Beware! Check your bill for false charges. They will correct it if you insist. They probably make a lot of money scamming those who don't.

Hello,
I recently stayed here for a business trip and the Marriott Chains are usually the Hotel of choice for our larger group Conferences. I have nothing bad to say at all about this location or chain. They are a little more expensive then I like to pay as from my other reviews I am a value traveler.
The location is great but you should definitely have a rental car as College Park (The main area for shopping and entertainment) is not within walking distance.
The Hotel has everything inside though, food coffee shops etc, so there is no real need to leave. The STAFF and SERVICE is TOP NOTCH!! I spent 4 nights and not once had any sort of problem.
Thanks for Reading
Gave us wrong room, key didnt work, security let us in, we was walked in on my the orginal room occuputent , employee kept knocking on the door,,, is this room occupied? at 10:45 at night, had early flight 4am next morning....was a nightmare
Beautiful hotel. Great hookups for my laptop. Really made getting stuck in atlanta for a night very pleasant.
Very nice. Clean, modern rooms; nice bar and a bourbon bar as well; food is very tasty and the bar Servers-Monica and Renika-were a treat!
The only issue: the walls are thin. I could hear my neighbor breathing during the night--not snoring... just breathing. Not a big deal, I know.
Nice place to stay if you're in ATL for one night and need access to the airport.
Nicely renovated. Room was comfortable. Could still hear the jet noises when they are departing west. Staff were friendly.
I come here just for the quality and friendly service!!! Been coming here for 11 years and the same wonderful staff has been for just as long if not more!! I consider them family!
Used this Hotel for Airport parking only $5 a day much better option then using other parking options at Atlanta airport
Used for airport parking. Attendant was very nice, but I wish there were clearer signs indicating where to park.
Everyone here has been very friendly and it seems to have been remodeled recently. The rooms are a little small but comfy.
Overall a great hotel, my only complaint would be it smells musty in the hallways by the meeting rooms
Nice place but rather isolated. No nearby restaurants, etc. You are a slave to the hotel.
I chose this hotel based off of free wifi, good ratings, location to the airport, and being listed as a 4 star hotel. My TV didn't work very well, it cut out frequently but the main issue was the wifi didn't work. I called the front desk 4 times, and it was never resolved. The staff were friendly in that they offered a free upgrade to their high speed internet, sent someone up to check out the issue, and eventually switched me rooms saying it must've been the room. It never made a difference and I barely got 2 bars on my phone and laptop (keep In mind that's with the free upgrade for faster wifi). I managed to send one email in 4 hours based on the speed of their internet. Using their business center or data on my phone wasn't an option as my work requires a VPN for a secure network. The rooms were beautiful and recently upgraded, but the room they upgraded me to wasn't functional. Again, due to wifi not working, TV glitching out, hardly any counter space in the bathroom, and no blow dryer. My room had 2 tables, a couch, queen size bed and several chairs but hardly any counter space in the bathroom. All the space was taken up by their shampoo, Kleenex box and soap. Clearly they were not taking into consideration a female's perspective when designing this bathroom. The shower made a loud squeaking noise the entire time you're showering. It was very disappointing as I'd expect more from a marriott hotel especially with the price you pay. It doesn't matter how nice the rooms look if they're not functional. If you're traveling for pleasure this may work fine, but those traveling for business I'd recommend not staying here.
Very nice, clean rooms with comfortable beds and modern facilities. It's right by the airport but not too loud even with planes constantly taking off.
Took 45 minutes and 3 phone calls for shuttle to pick me up.
Didnt like this hotel the rooms are small & when you get double beds they are twin size beds
Very helpful staff. At the restaurant the food was very good and the bill was really ok. At the reception you have at your disposition a computer to the checkin online for the airport.
Restaurant/sushi bar was very good, service was attentive. Room was clean, sleek and modern, with a great shower. The room had an imitation wood floor - which looked very chic but without the sound cushion of carpeting, every time somebody opened a door, even 6 rooms way, it sounded like your door was opening. A little unnerving! !lol! !
The shrimp and grits was the bomb! A little bit pricey but it was worth it!
Very accomodating....nice rooms. The staff has made our visit extremely pleasant!
Clean, well appointed rooms with friendly and helpful staff.
Just using the hotel for parking. The instructions were a little convoluted but we figured it out. The airport shuttle is very convenient.
Clean. Very nice room. Modern. Delicious breakfast and lunch.
Nice renovated Marriott. Cool wooden floors in rooms. Inly complaint is Bed was way too soft. I mean really.
