This is a modern and nice airport offering free wi-fi and confortable lounges.
There are fashion boutiques, art paintings and sculptures.
There is also a smoking lounge downstairs.
However there are very small waiting areas, which are extremely crowded and the queues before bording are very long.
The buses should run every 20 minutes from and to the city centre, however the service is terrible!
Many people is forced to take a taxi from the airport to the city, it should cost 18 however the taxi drivers are always charging extra money for unknown reasons.
My advice is to get to an agreement before getting the taxi.

Fast and efficient checks and boarding of very clean bathrooms. Variety of shops to visit while waiting for comfortable armchairs. I didn't expect this whole organization !! The only flaw: the prices, very high! As in almost all airports!

Arriving in Naples, with an international flight, you immediately perceive that here you sin of good organization.
We come THROWED in a pseudo tunnel, dark, airless, without any working or active ventilation system, on a sloping floor with luggage in hand, all with automatic doors closed! Children and the elderly with tried faces, and not only them. But is it possible that he had not known that more flights would have landed almost simultaneously?
By parallelism, an airport represents the good landlord who welcomes his countrymen or the citizens of other countries who land to visit our splendid land!
Well, today I was ashamed of what happened! I was ashamed that nobody was eagerly activated to improve the conditions of our waiting. Only two document control points, which, if well organized, would have been, perhaps, sufficient.
I don't know who the responsibility is, but the lack of humanity and involvement in the inconvenience caused really leaves one bitter !!! And this in respect of all those who carry out their work in a dignified manner.

The structure is small but very organized. The rooms are clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful. The waiting room very comfortable and comfortable. A surprise the bathrooms: technological and incredibly clean for the continuous coming and going. I did not expect such a nice airport due to the size of the structure. I was pleasantly surprised.

The staff is consistently factual - nice and friendly. The cleanliness is ok, but not on the matrons. at 7 o'clock in the morning (!) the men's toilets are partially vekackt, there are no toilet brushes and
Almost all soap dispensers are empty.

There are plenty of nice things about this airport...

There are plenty of nice things about this airport, but the security staff isn't one of them. There is no sign about the requirement to put everything on a tray at security, but I discovered that if you put a bag onto the conveyor belt without one, a staff member shoves it back at you without speaking or looking at you.

One unfortunate person was so unsettled by this process that she tried to retrieve her belongings by reaching over to the belt, whereupon a staff member said tetchily, "Madam, where are you going?" This upset her enough that she fumbled everything into a tray, dropping her passport on the floor without realising, and began to proceed through security. Needless to say, it was another passenger and not a staff member who noticed and returned it to her, since most of the staff were sitting idly.

Each time the supply of trays came to reside entirely at the far end of the security gate, a staff member would wait around 30 seconds and then deign to sidle back over with a stack of them.

The whole process of getting through security was thus needlessly inefficient. Perhaps if the staff were trained in how to be helpful and polite (e.g. using a phrase such as "This way, please" instead of a challenge like "Where are you going?"), things would run more smoothly and they would all look a bit more cheerful.

This airport is small but it will certainly be one of the only airports in Europe that connects many cities Europe and also the connections in some extra-continental cities but there is no connection to the city by rail

What an absolute disaster! We came here to transfe...

What an absolute disaster! We came here to transfer to Pompeii. There was a strike. They sold us tickets to a train they knew wasn't running. They gave us conflicting times. Every staff member you talked to said a different thing. Even the Italians were yelling about how ludicrous the whole thing was. We missed our pre-paid tour of Pompeii. Very disappointed.

For Italy, a clear and easy-to-navigate airport.
It is advisable to inquire at the property regarding transport. We booked the airport taxi through the hotel. The pick-up at the airport and the airport worked flawlessly and without any problems. The price is not higher than by public transport, just easier - thanks Francesco.

Today Sunday evening 18 hours I went at Napoli Cap...

Today Sunday evening 18 hours I went at Napoli Capodichino Europcar car rental station with regular reservation to pick up the car in Naples and drop it off tomorrow in Barletta as I am a soldier I had to return to barracks.
Tonight, unfortunately I had a very bad surprise Europcar car rental office of Naples-Capodichino airport was completely closed vacuum without any kind of information or number of availability for customers.
A truly scorrettissimo behavior yes to my view a multinational should never ever stress adopt a negative customer service I'll never be your customer but most will really my concern to make the negative publicity.

Very easy to get around and not too big. There are plenty of people who speak English to help get around and things move fast. The airport is mostly clean. Plenty of food and drink spots and there is free wifi.

Worst airport I have been through. On arrival waited over 2 hours for our bags. Staff just shrugged their shoulders when we queried delay. Long queues to check in for TUI flights - at least an hour. Very few seats. Only two booths open for about 8 flights. Waiting to board all pushed into small area near gates - and then shouted at to get out of the way for wheelchairs to be pushed down ramp where people were queuing. No information about delays, queues everywhere. Signs showed boarding long before anything happened. No opportunity to eat or drink. Why show boarding then make us wait an hour in the queue.

It is arguably the high art to preserve generous friendliness and peace in such a passenger volume. The staff in Napoli succeed! My compliment. Although I once again wished to find the toilets easier, not having to go through a thousand shops before boarding, finally more buses to get to the plane and the end of the eternal, never ending traffic jam on the way to the airport in one completely crowded bus.

Long queues at security with only one member of staff serving the entire all passports queue. There was a clear lack of initiative on the airport s part to alleviate the situation. Absolutely disastrous experience.

August 2018 .... I leave with my husband and my children .... we go to Greece .... the hours are to make the ceck in interminable ... incompetent staff. Airport dirty and store prices .... super high compared to other airports ...

Do you want no seating at the gates?
Do you want to be greeted into Italy by customs officials in regular clothes with no ID who ask you how much money you have on you?
Do you like long lines at 5:30am?
Are you okay having to climb stairs to and from your plane?
Do you think your luggage is too new looking and want it damaged?

I have been in about 25 cities in 15 countries. I didn't want to go as desperately as I was from Naples and its airport doesn't help mitigate this. Dirty, boy, without any comfort, poorly educated staff. Anyway, the Naples airport was the dessert strawberry of the lousy stay in Naples. Dirty, dangerous, abandoned and expensive city.

The worst experience of my life in an airport. People that work in the ryanair company and dont kniw the low. I was travelling whit my wife (philippina) from Naples back to Ireland. Showing the uk resident card whit permitt of reside and travel in all europe they insist to block us in the airport. We even try to call the manager but 'she' completely ignore us whit a 'I can't now bye' so disappointed. Rude rude ignorant People!!! In the end we had to call the Philippine embassy. will never travel from this airport anymore. So disappointed.

Main hub of air traffic in southern Italy, very efficient, quick checks and trained staff. Structured on two levels, it is equipped with various shop points. The waiting rooms located in the immediate vicinity of the various dining options are also welcoming. The external parks are very useful to park the car even for several days.

Me and my friends lost our flight to Warsaw by Ryanair, because of wrong marking of gates at the airport. We saw on every screen that our flight is from gate A11 and we were standing there in the line.When we arrived to woman checking tickets, she told us, that our flight is going from gate C18, we ran there but it was too late, they closed gate. 7 people lost this flight, because of wrong information about gate!

During the night 00:30 - 3:30 the airport is closing totally, we didn't know about that, and they kicked us out in front of the building, we spent those 3 hours sleeping on the ground. The worst airport-stop in my life!
