Viceroy Homes Review

I would encourage any and all to contact me (just Google me) before conducting business with this Company. There are two sides to every story and can I ever tell you a side........

I worked here they treat their employees like s*** everyone hates them. The owner rips everyone off. Beware

This is our our experience..... Viceroy was supposed to be a trusted name. It turns out that they took our deposit and did nothing but give us stall tactics. It took over a month and a half before we realized that they were not going to give us the drawings needed for this project. They were full of excuses and lies. It's been three months now and we are still trying to get our deposit money back. Dale at viceroy would tell me that he was "personally" walking the designs that we gave him down the hall for revision, so they could be worked on immediately. He lied to me for three weeks and I NEVER say a single drawing that we were promised. Viceroy was nothing but a bunch of lies. Do not give these people money they're crooked evil liars. Roiston in Toronto is Liar and Dale in Vancouver is a liar. Dale is one of the managers in Vancouver. He keeps promising that he "personally sent our refund in the mail". So far it's been 4 weeks and multiple calls and the money has still not been returned. Anybody that is considering his company should not deal with them. I don't have enough words to tell you how dishonest they are.
Once they promise you the world and get your deposit that's it.... on to the next family to steel their money.
Thank God we found Jay West. They build prefab homes like Viceroy, except they actually do what they say. Viceroy stalled us for a month for drawings, where as Jay west produced customized drawings to our spec within 36 hours!!!

Unfortunately, the factory we went to no longer is a Viceroy factory. They still have a model home and it looks great. We did, however leave a voice message for their sales department and have yet to hear back

These people are liars and thieves. They will tell you that they had troubles in the past but new ownership has straightened everything out. They continue to steal people's deposits. Dale McCormick the manger in Vancouver lies constantly. Royston the sales person for Toronto will take your money knowing full well that there is no intention of delivering. Don't trust them with a penny.

This is a terrible organization that treats their employees very unfair with no respect. Do not waste your time with them.
