Check-in is slow. Security is fast. Overall good airport. Would come again.

Uncomfortable to reach .. expensive parking areas .. unthinkable to get there and / or park cars if not accompanied by third parties in short, to be discarded if other means are available
Clean but the covid has changed a lot what was normal bans and compulsory paths x the various origins, all in all it works well.
We landed on the domestic side of the airport, on a short flight from Rome. However it felt as if we waited just as long for our bags to arrive on the conveyor belt. Finding your way to the baggage area felt like running a gauntlet through a rabbit warren.
Naples airport is small and sometimes, especially on hot days, it is better to pass the checks immediately, to avoid unpleasant surprises.
I call it very efficient and with many shops in the waiting area
Boarding staff detestable. You ask a question you are ignored .... You are obliged to put your own luggage on the cart. You are treated like cattle. Very bad experience
Without doubt one of the most beautiful airports in Italy !!!
The airport closes early, as do the shops nearby.
Good access.
I noticed the assistance service for the disabled and I can say that all the employees are exceptional people.
Despite being large, it is equipped with every comfort and signs that are proof of inexperienced travelers, offering every possibility both for those who want to rest and for those who want to go shopping. The variety of delicacies typical of Naples is also striking.
More than 4 days ago we did the test at the forced airport, they told us that in 72 hours at most we would have the results, we are still waiting for them to send us an email or call us. Each worker told you something different, they are not clear, very incompetent.
Very convenient airport. Everything is fast and convenient. There are no queues. Near the city.
Not a big airport, everything is tasteful, everything is compact, polite staff, though there are no places to sit, but overall it's nice
Convenient. The only downside is the above-average parking cost.
A very bad organization, in the Neapolitan style. A precise time for baggage drop-off in July, high season, with only one other flight landed and all the ribbons empty. An unnerving wait, which highlights the negligence of those who work in certain departments and the total absence of staff. A shame!!!
Chaotic, no toilet to be found in sector C after passing security.
The worst airport I have seen in terms of service quality, politeness and shopping experience.
One of the worst airports I've ever been to, including in developing countries. Terrible service. Overcrowded. I only found my check in counter after asking at information because it wasn't updated on the monitors. Then there was only one desk open.
It would take more seats in the area after the gate
Airport with the most expensive parking in the world: 1 hour 4 euros, real shame !!!
I was a bit worried about leaving from Naples airport because of the crazy reviews below.. but to be honest I m unsure why there are such negative reviews! It s a small airport but that makes it easier to walk around & find things. There are plenty of seats, plenty of places to eat (the crepe place has an amazing smell which you can smell all over the airport!), the bathrooms were very clean, the airport itself is very clean... security was great and a breeze. Loved this airport! My parents and I also traveled on a Tuesday afternoon so not quite as busy as a weekend. Great airport!
Also there ARE food places inside when you go towards the area where all the gates are. Another reviews stated the opposite for some reason.
Pleasantly surprised by the choice of vegan breakfast!
Comfortable sofas scattered everywhere after the controls.Excellent shops and dining options.
An airport that kicks people out from 1 to 3:30 in the morning, with a grandmother with walking problems, more than 2 hours waiting outside. Too little advanced to be international.
Frat.lli La Bufala Restaurant .... Neapolitan pizza with a capital N.
Much improved, nice staff, great bars and restaurants.

Quite chaotic, little information, very small and people are aggressive pushing. There is free wifi, to pick up the rented car you have to go to parking lot 5, take a bus that takes you to the offices. There is an information point where you can ask for help if you need it.
With the arrival of Ryanair to Naples, the airport is now too crowded
Pretty average airport, both in size and architecture. Parking in front of the airport is small, crowded and confusing. The big advantage, however, is that by bus to the first stop in the city center in about 10 minutes. For 5 EUR.
A small but well-designed airport, lots of seating, gastronomy, shops from various industries. Water for 1.5 , cola for 3
All in the norm, a classic airport, basically well organized. The only oddity is the night closure! My experience concerns a Ryanair flight departing for Treviso at 6:30 am, the first alibus for the airport would not have arrived in time so I decided to take the last ride of the night with the conviction of being able to wait at the airport . Nothing to do, the airport closes! I strongly recommend making this information more visible on the website and maybe adding the opening and closing times.
If you could give -20 I would. Yuck. Never heard an airport closing from 11.30pm to 3.30am. Among other things, one thinks: there are people, they will have closed to clean. And instead the workers in front of the main windows to chat, at 3.30 when they finally reopen I try to go to the bathroom and .. oops and closed because they are cleaning them. But in the past 4 hours, have you brushed the floor to still have to clean the bathrooms? And then the guy who can't use one cleans them all together?
Beautiful airport with comfortable sofas, piano and statues.
Recently had a bag that didn t arrive from Amsterdam to Naples via EasyJet, and it s been a TERRIBLE experience! Nobody ever answers the phone, and my bag has been missing for 3 days now and have yet to communicate with someone from baggage/ lost and found. I was finally able to reach someone and when I asked if I could be transferred to the baggage department they hung up on me! Also beware that the baggage claim number on the website is incorrect. The service in this airport is so disappointing if you fly into here pray nothing goes wrong because it s been impossible to communicate with them!!
Average airport. No toilet seats but that s to be expected of most of Italy.
Nothing special about this simple terminal with no particular soul
I have yet to pass through Naples Airport in the summer and the air conditionings been working, and as for BA staff they are as rare as hens teeth, so if your flight is delayed you're on your own. For me Naples airport is a necessary evil as i fly there several times a year.visiting relatives.
I like it very much. Compact, bright, friendly, modern, not far from the center. Fair prices in duty free for Villa Massa Limoncello. Bus travel isn't particularly comfortable, but it doesn't take long either.
