Large rooms; bathrooms as large as rooms of other hotels; some rooms offer a great view of the revolution plaza and Atheneum. Excellent breakfast with healthy, vegetarian/hardy options; outside and inside area.

An excellent place to stay. The fourth floor looking out towards Revolution Square would be my recommendation. Breakfast has an outstanding choice of food. Staff are extremely friendly but not overly solicitous. It also has a fascinating More

One of the best hotel options in the city. Excellent rooms and very good breakfast. Employees all kind and helpful. Clean and beautiful. It is in a good spot with quick access to tourist destinations, museums etc. It will definitely again me, and if I go back to Bucharest I will be thinking without my first choice.

The staff was most accommodating and the rooms were more than sufficient. I would have given it 5 stars but for the fact that the bar doesn't open until 5pm. However, the California king bed was highly appreciated.

We spent three days in the Hilton in Bucharest in a small jump to summer sand. The hotel is located a 15-minute walk or 2 underground stops from the Old Town. For those who are also very close to local casinos and a short walk. The breakfast is excellent and varied and it is recommended to purchase it with the hotel reservation .. The rooms are very large and equipped with everything required. There is a large indoor swimming pool but nice with fully equipped wardrobes .. a good choice. We cost about $ 110 per room per night including breakfast.

Excellently located just north of the Old Town which is very walkable.

Good acoustically shielded rooms with consistent comfortable temperature. The only issue I found during my stay was a lack of water pressure, but the moment I mentioned it to the reception staff they were already fixing it. Upper floors are secured with key card entry making the hotel feel safe.

If you're thinking of staying here, make sure breakfast is included in your room cost, it was unexpectedly good. It's a buffet system where you seat yourself and with so much variety, you'll leave feeling full. There was even a Romanian dish the chefs had made which inspired me to seek it elsewhere - very tasty! The range of non-dairy milks available has to be commended as it's the best I've seen in any hotel anywhere ever; from coconut through to almond and soy, you're covered. Waiting staff are friendly and very attentive. One of the best parts of my trip.

Highly recommended considering the history, location and quality of the hotel. Get booking!

We had a great stay at this amazing luxury hotel. Our room was big and spacious, with comfortable beds. Staff was nice and welcoming. They gave us good advice where to dine. There was a casino attached to the hotel, where we enjoyed free Internet connection. We had a great time in the fitness center and pool area after the long day. At the end we were happy and satisfied with our stay.

Hilton is a Hilton, but a bit below standard. Location is excellent. 20 steps from Caju restaurant of the Israeli chef Joseph Hadad - guaranteed pleasure but must be booked in advance. There is a fitness center, a neighborhood, a Jacuzzi and saunas, everything is sweet and at a good level of service.

Overall a "just ok" stay. Nothing spectacular, nothing terribly wrong, but the staff has got a bit of an attitude. The lady who makes omelets at the breakfast restaurant was frustrated because, forgive me, we don't speak the language nor English well. Let's be clear, It's not my fault that we wanted to order eggs. Bottom line, we had all the rights to order eggs. I don't see the need for mean looks and frustration.

The hotel is close to the center, although it is old and maintains a good standard. Good breakfast. At the reception there is a guy called Daniel for a little tip. He'll be happy to give you the best advice on all the topics

The lobby is amazing but the rooms do not match.

The lobby is amazing but the rooms do not match.
The lobby is 10 stars but the room is at least three stars for my taste.
Old fashioned, gray and not compatible with advertising and lobby.
We ordered a suite.
We received a regular room.
After upgrading the room we received the same room with a shocking and neglected balcony at a considerable cost.
The bar is nice and cozy but the cocktails are of low standard with high price and not compatible.
In short, those who make do with a fancy lobby and less important to them, the room is fine.
If it is important that the room is compatible with the publication, this is not the place.
The location is wonderful.

Descent located hotel. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Views from the lounge are spectacular of downtown Bucharest. The building is historic, so it is not the most modern Hilton your will experience but it definitely has it's charm.
