What can I say about this place, its the best from our warm welcome from the reception staff to our upgrage to a suite, this place was amazing and made our stay in Bucharest one that we will not forget. A special mention for Cipriano I hope I got his name right who works on reception he was super what gentlemen thankyou sir you were amazing. Loved this Hotel and its taff and I hope we'll be back again soon, thankyou everyone for a wonderful stay.

Good location, spacious rooms, fairly priced. Rooms can get a renovation and breakfast could be better.

If you allow, you can shoot at this hotel without any disappointment. If you still stay here I recommend the 5th (full service) to the Executive.

Rooms are spacious. Location is good... next to the Atheneum and 10 min away from the pedestrian area. The front desk team is not friendly... and that' unfortunate in nowadays' hotel industry. Very nice terrace restaurant in the back of the hotel.

One of the most important Hotel in Bucharest. Near the Old Town. Serious and competent personel. I recommend from all my heart! Good job people who work at Athenee palace Hilton!

Nice and chic hotel in Bucharest. Perfect for a meeting. The food was a bit simple and boring. I especially liked that there were coffee machines everywhere.

We hope that manager - Mr. Gieringer, will be at the hotel next time so that we will be able to thank him also for his great management, and for the fact that he increased the level of the hotel enormously (and I know it as a permanent guest in Hilton s chain of hotels)

Elegant, clean, with the old note preserved, and with a great perspective if you are lucky enough to stay at the 5th at the market and palace.

Beautiful modern hotel with clean, spacious rooms. Most tourist attractions are within walking distance as is the Old Town, about fifteen minutes along the famous Calea Victoriei.

Excellent breakfast selection (even a honeycomb!). The breakfast staff was helpful and professional...

We were pleasantly surprised by the value of the room, especially with the included breakfast! The room is big, huge comfortable bed, everything worked in the bathroom. No problem with the internet. Delicious varied breakfast. Has its own territory, you can dine outdoors.

Bad attitude and service from the reception, spa, pool to the concierge.
Deep pool and not suitable for adults and children who do not know how to swim (I am 170 and do not reach the floor in the entire pool). The cost of mineral water in a mini bar is 29 NIS.
Unclean dining room and unclean dishes, recycled food from breakfast per second (which was 6 days).
Concierge is not patient and does not explain properly.
Do not understand English and answer random answers just to please. Always refer to their site and say that's how it is with us.
Whoever matters to him does not have and according to them there will be no casino he is closed forever.
Note that anyone who does not arrive organized or with a rented car is likely to be disappointed with Bucharest.
It is very important to look at the sites of every place and read small print and rules especially in the thermal springs and ropes park (which is very isolated and can not order a taxi from there !!! and will not help you) all this to avoid heartache and inflated and double payments on towels, swimsuit and flip flops and even food .
In short travel to other countries Bucharest is very very disappointing.

Luxury Hotel in Bucharest downtown, close to turistic area. Nice services. For restaurant try oposite site or nearly streets.

A respectable hotel. Prices do not really respect you as a consumer.

Hotel Old. Old and dirty furniture. The way in which cleanliness is left to be desired. Illicit dust, dirty glasses but sealed. Not worth 5 *

Fantastic hotel. Most staff very friendly and helpful but some were a little dismissive. The lady that runs the English Bar is lovely!

It does not deserve any star !! Exercise services and, as far as I understand, because of a certain Mr. Petrache who cuts and hangs as a Human Resources Chief. People who are poorly paid and for this reason suffer and services. It is not normal for me carat the baggage in the room, over two more hours to see it at my door with the Room Service command!

Good hotel in Bucharest. It is inside of an old palace, which impresses with majestic interiors. The rooms are mediocre for European standards, but the beds are awesome.
