Nice place to enjoy the city, but they need to upgrade some of the rooms

Stayed here 2 nights, very nice location in Bucharest. The rooms are little old, but manageable in Bucharest conditions. Prices are relatively higher side as per the conditions. There is an English bar inside and you can enjoy until 02.00 am.

Very nice place in Bucharest, near to downtown, its a quiet place with authentic designs, have one of the most beautiful and wonderful halls in all Bucharest, also have good restaurants with nice food, staff are very helpful and friendly, the services they offer are very great, rooms are very clean and comfortable, i would recommend it if you look for a holiday, business or shopping, they have a Gucci store which is connected to the hotel

Great location to walk everywhere to Bucharest. Staff very friendly and helpful with any information request. Breakfast very rich but above all very quality. Large, clean rooms. Complete, if you have time, sauna and swimming pool and gym with professional tools. I would go back there without any doubt.

An excellent place to plan and carry out assassinations and assassinations with everything. I particularly recommend the rooms on the upper floors, where the clean air and the fragrance of Bucharest are perfectly combined with the desire to kill politicians from Teleorman, but not only.

I have really enjoyed my stay at the Athenee Palace, the history of which you should at least read about in the Wikipedia article before you arrive. It's a really upscale place to stay and really deserving of its five stars; not just in terms of facilities, but also service. The staff will bend over backwards to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Definitely get the lounge access, it's nice to have that place to grab a bite to eat or a drink and if the weather is good, take in views of the square. We stayed in the diplomat suite and I thought a nice touch was the speaker in the bathroom echoing the audio from the TV. It was good to put the music channel on whilst in the bath. Another great touch is the pictures of previous famous guests downstairs in the bar.

Near to the centre of the city. Good facility and good swimming pool. The terrace is nice. Good meeting rooms although not all of them have natural light.

Exceptional service from the polite staff. Very clean room. Nothing special but still very good. Would not suggest to eat here, though the food was good it wasn't special. You can find cheaper traditional food in places around the area.

A location not exactly at the level of the created reputation!

Extremely old hotel, food was in front of the room when I arrived, not satisfied with the service.

Bad services at the front bar. Wait for 15 min to come somebody for order but nothing.I "disturb her from her telefon chating" to bring the menu!!!!!

Location and environment. Very comfortable bed and very comfortable desk / office chair.
High degree of occupancy with foreign tourists, especially Americans.

I can't understand how 2 adults can fit in a sofa that open to a bed.that there sofa meserment are 1.6 meter and have metel structural, in a suit room so uncomfortable, from a bracelet party to nightmare! 2 of 4

The hotel is in a super convenient location downtown. Convenient meeting destination and sightseeing tour. The hotel has a good Italian restaurant and decent Spa and Fitness. Be sure to grab a business package, which will give you access to the business lounge and many additional services on the 5th floor. Everything in the hotel is well-groomed and maintained. The staff is beautifully trained, very courteous, gentle and welcoming. with a very good value for money.

Large historical city hotel with an opulently furnished foyer.

Central location, 10 minutes' walk to the old town.
Some restaurants in the vicinity and various attractions nearby.
It takes about 30 minutes by taxi to / from the airport, provided there is flowing traffic.

The room furnishings are a bit older, but well-kept.

Very good hotel at a very good historical building. Personnel is really polite and helpful. Very good breakfast.
I attend to a meeting held in this hotel and the catering supply was not appropriate for this hotel.

It's a good hotel with a very comfortable room!
I've stayed in an executive room and it's decent sized with a business/coffee space plus the bed area.
Bed is comfortable with very big fluffy pillows, shower is great and water flow is solid with a good invariable temperature (some hotels have showers where the temperature keeps changing along the way).

The restaurant has great breakfast, like you'd expect and the English Bar is quite cosy and comfortable.

The executive lounge is disappointing and I didn't really want to be in there.

The lost star is due to details:
- Coffee creamer was not refilled in the mini bar for 2 days and I had to call and ask for more.
- Room temperature control didn't have any effect in the actual temperature and I wanted colder.

The beautiful location but the staff (at least the one I came into contact with) does not exceed two stars

Great hotel, central location for visiting Bucharest

Great hotel. At the center . 15min to the old town and other main parts. Great breakfast. Rooms are clean. The hotel team are very welcoming and eager to help.

Reception staff accepts the payment of hotel services in advance in euros, and the rest is paid in lei, motivating that "they do not have lei". At the same time, if the advance amount is not paid, "all drinks" are displayed (the market price is not higher than 10-15 ).
I think this policy is awkward and humiliating for clients and shameful for the Hilton Hotel network

Very elegant location, brought to the event a pianist, waiters very friendly. Organizing the note 10.

Very friendly and helpful staff. A nice and above all traditional hotel. Even Merkel was already there. You can see in the room at one point or another small signs of wear, but that does not notice.

Booked a room for three adults in fact housed us in a completely standard room and suitable for a couple only, added a narrow and uncomfortable bed.
And the shrinking room was uncomfortable, and crowded to a severe degree.
Not suitable, and not respectful of a five-star hotel.

If they can not find a more spacious room,

At the very least you will be provided with a comfortable bed, or an available suite.
During the stay (three nights) at the hotel the bed linen was not changed, the beds were only made.
Really hard disappointment.

Very nice hotel. They have wonderful locations for any kind of events. It is very near to all the main museums and to the most chic Street of Bucharest ( Calea Victoriei ).

Very good location, just near revolution square and 20min by walk from old town. The entrance lobby is very good, the staff was very polite.The rooms were big with sufficient lighting. Good value for money.

The room is shabby ... an unpleasant feeling ... they claim that they will soon be renovated

Wonderful time, big part of my life, nice noon and afternoon tea and coffee, place of business, reading, relax. Sunday family lunch, good place for love story and broke up with boyfriend.

Breakfast is sensational and rooms are roomy. There are several places to eat on site and it is situated close to many historic sites. Bath mats would be helpful as I had a fall in the shower - very slippery surface.

Nice place to sleep. But just that...no big fun there compare to the one across the street ...
