Take advantage only of the aids that the company receives from the employment of disabled people, but when the disability prevents them from working at a very sustained pace, it is breach of contract amicably at best. Otherwise it is dismissal for fault due to bad atmosphere put in the company. It is rather a good atmosphere which would be abnormally strange there. A chit smoker who smokes every morning on his way to work who threatens to kill an employee. You just have to cross it between the parking lot near the station and take the direction of atf by passing in front of the post office company. It's the smoker we keep in the company after having a meeting! Because it is older and often accepts the extra hours of Saturdays which are normally not worked. Friday is the day when some employees drink alcohol during their afternoon break. Nice mentality on the part of the HR Director as a couple with the smiling boss in the photo! Who tries to dismiss the employee in two instead of 3 as the law provides (for his help that she will not pass one for sure ...). Every Saturday is added to the 35 hours of the week so that you don't have to hire and no longer have the%, so you really want to profit. Take advantage of the Post Office, Paris City Hall, TF1 .... and new partners. Very good handling and hypocrisy just for the money.

Taptally adapted F ausse !!! 5-star reviews misleading and false because it's just chefs who want to see the company give these notes,
nothing else. I worked and I had proof that no one feels out of place many want to break. Sometimes we have not much choice if we do not want to be unemployed! But the company takes advantage of its so-called adapted company which finally has nothing special lack of material and does not even the minimum. Enjoy the handicap! Leads his partners by boat during introductory visits, makes paradise for all those visitors. The 5 or 4 stars on the reviews are none other than chefs who want to save face. I worked at Atf for 1 year and all I can say is that a good atmosphere prevailed, the hierarchy was listening to the feedback of the staff and that the work (disassembly, sav, test and repackaging of computer parts and machines, bleaching) was done rigorously.

I recommend this company for those who would like to take part in its development which continues to grow from year to year.
