Take advantage only of the aids that the company receives from the employment of disabled people, but when the disability prevents them from working at a very sustained pace, it is breach of contract amicably at best. Otherwise it is dismissal for fault due to bad atmosphere put in the company. It is rather a good atmosphere which would be abnormally strange there. A chit smoker who smokes every morning on his way to work who threatens to kill an employee.
