I arrived on time to my appointment, but upon arrival, the front desk informed me that my spot was taken due to online booking issues. I was very irritated since I made time on my calendar and drove 20 minutes. I also received multiple confirmation emails and text message to confirm my appointment. I asked if there was another stylist available and she stated that she would speak to the manager and other stylist for availability. After about 5-10 minutes, the manager greeted me and apologized for the situation. He graciously offered me his available master stylist to cut my hair at half the original stylists price. I just had to wait about 30-40 minutes for her to come in. I was very surprised but happy at the compromise. Luckily I had some extra time to spare from work meetings. The master stylist, Kim, was phenomenal and gave me a fantastic haircut. I was very happy on the outcome and would gladly come back to Atelier since they took care of me so well after their fiasco. Exceptional customer service from their manager and Kim the stylist. I highly recommend Atelier studio!
I had a hair cut, grey coverage and highlights done by Liz (Kate). She was so so good. I loved the overall outcome and would definitely recommend this salon to my friends. Have inserted a before and after picture

The salon was beautiful and the staff was very nice. However, my hair was completely BOTCHED. The refreshments and nice amenities did not make up for the poor quality haircut.
I've been here 3 times now. Their scheduling and front desk is great and they're very nice! My only issue is that the haircuts are really not worth the prices that they charge. I tried 3 different hair stylists and 1 of them was amazing but she no longer works there. The other 2 are just meh and barely listened to what I wanted before starting, were done really quickly, and I still ended up paying $80. For that price I expect my hair to look nicer than it does after being washed. Yes, it looks great after they style it, but just doesn't look good naturally for someone with wavy hair. I'm not happy with it and I'll definitely try to find another place next time.
This review is long over due! I love coming to this salon. They are professional and strive for the very best quality of their craft. Anna is my stylist and she understands EXACTLY what I want without needing to explain every little detail. She gives great advise and understands how to style my hair with my weird cowlick in front (and back). Side note and bonus for me is that I have curly hair and while it is not a tight curl other stylists over the last 30 years have been perplexed by how to cut, style or even deal with it. Anna is a pro/wizard! Thank You Lady!
I went to this beauty shop to get my hair done. I would give a 5-star rating with the service that they had. Their hairdresser was so accommodating. She made my hair stunning to all people. I love their place. It was so elegant and relaxing. Thank you for making my hair done. Highly recommended!
