I arrived on time to my appointment, but upon arrival, the front desk informed me that my spot was taken due to online booking issues. I was very irritated since I made time on my calendar and drove 20 minutes. I also received multiple confirmation emails and text message to confirm my appointment. I asked if there was another stylist available and she stated that she would speak to the manager and other stylist for availability. After about 5-10 minutes, the manager greeted me and apologized for the situation. He graciously offered me his available master stylist to cut my hair at half the original stylists price. I just had to wait about 30-40 minutes for her to come in. I was very surprised but happy at the compromise. Luckily I had some extra time to spare from work meetings. The master stylist, Kim, was phenomenal and gave me a fantastic haircut. I was very happy on the outcome and would gladly come back to Atelier since they took care of me so well after their fiasco. Exceptional customer service from their manager and Kim the stylist. I highly recommend Atelier studio!
