Entrance to the old town, itself an interesting attraction.

Beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. Go at sunset. They have ice cream shops and restaurants. It s like a carnival atmosphere. It can be crowded. But it s so beautiful seeing the old buildings and then looking down and seeing the new!

I cannot conceive going to Israel without entering Jerusalem.

Good place to start if you are visiting old town of Jerusalem. There is also a tourist office just to the left when you enter the gate to the old town.

You can find everything about the gate in the wiki. As a place, the old city of Jerusalem is one-time and unique. Lively around the clock, you can find everything and get lost here (during the trip on which I was lost 9 people ). In fact, two days are needed to thoroughly explore the monuments and the old town, including Bethlehem. I recommend to everyone. If the opinion is helpful, give it a word and like it .

Beautiful gate that welcomes you to the old city. Walk at least a kilo into the old city before shopping for souvenirs to save $$$. Haggling is a must, unless the prices are shown on merchandise.

An amazing place for booming tourism that can literally bring you back thousands of years !!!
And of course if you go down after the market then the wall is simply amazing !!!!

The old Jerusalem, retains its old perimeter defensive walls, to date. The door of Iafo (or Jaffa) is the most important entrance where you can enter walking, as thousands of tourists do it daily or in authorized transport (public or private).
To enter the old city, is to cross the barrier of time and transport ourselves through it!

Arab market in the old city. Good prices but we have to bargain until it seems acceptable

At the moment I would give it 3 stars because there is Corona and there are a lot of people and who knows what and who they touched so it is better not to travel at the moment
