Shocking service and lackluster attitude once moved in. No follow-through on agreed upon arrangements nor acknowledgement or feedback to contact when issues are raised. Unbelievable! I would not recommend Astrodon at all.
Astrodon provided a quick response to an email enquiry regarding property management. The info provided was informative and useful. Astrodon is very experienced and is clearly a market leader in the property management industry. I would highly recommend them.
Poor service from the RENTAL division.. a Manager can't even contact the customer to resolve or find out the issues not even caused by the customer as if they own the show once a management agreement is signed. Much higher measurement needs to be taken to task as the department you complain about is probably responding to their own complaints.
I m not happy at all with how you treat your clients. No support at all. I have nothing good to say about you at all. Service delivery sucks!
They are responsive, attend to queries immediately. They have treated me as their only customer.
I will definitely recommend this organization to others.

Horrible Property Management company
I am very displeased as an owner in one of the properties managed by this company. The hassle to get this company to fix things on the property they claim to be managing is just too much. I have been having issues with my electricity meter, it goes on and off at random times. This was brought up to the caretaker several times with no fix.
This issue has been going on since March, so it has been 7 months of this struggle. I have even stopped paying for the Levies to try and get this resolved, however this is also not helping.
I can't cook, watch tv or warm anything up in this house. I need this resolved ASAP.
We cannot call ourselves owners of a problematic property.
The inefficiencies and unprofessionalism of the Astrodon team are affecting my family's livelihood and I will not stand for that.
Pathetic service received from astrodon particularly the rental department.
Poor and lack of communication from the rental administrator and the rental agent.
Our greviences and time frame commitments and current situation were clearly stipulated via email to astrodon.
Based on our communication they still went ahead and made commitments for new tenants to rent the property.
In the end it was a very unpleasant experience dealing with them and I will not reccomend Astrodon to manage anyone's property due to their unprofessionalism as well as their lack of communication skills.
At the end of the day it's all about the money and they pay no heed and consideration to their current tenants.
