Do Not Use this Company !
I am presently struggling to get anyone there to help with a product paid for in full that arrived broken and was returned with their driver. Broken in transport as agreed on delivery. Now i am being asked to purchase a replacement and to pay again for redelivery for something that arrived broken ! They are rude unhelpful, un co-operative and seem to think above any recourse. I will be in touch with trading standards and no doubt solicitors to recover my money

Visited with my husband a couple of weeks ago. Pretentious and rude staff, only interested in making a sale. I was pushed over twice by 2 members of the staff who were with other customers. Really overpriced, you can find the same things cheaper elsewhere.

Ordered a small basin from Aston Matthews on 19 May. Being particularly small, there aren't any good alternatives out there, so I was really pleased to have found this one. I was told it would arrive by the end of month and I could collect it so I had it when work was due to start on 5 June. Store did not let me know it had not arrived, so I only found out when I contacted them. I was told it was in transit. I suppose (thankfully) bathroom fitter let me down so work was postponed. Chased for basin. SInce then, Aston Matthews either couldn't tell me where it was, or said it was in transit. A week ago I asked them to establish where it was precisely (heard of tracking shipments, anyone?) It is now 29 July. Just been told - when I called them (note not the other way around) - it is due 2 August. Work due to be completed by then. If they do get my basin to me on time, I'll write another review and give them a better review ...

Most unpleasant staff you could possibly imagine. We've bought quite a few items from them, despite having had to wait around for ages before anyone would give up looking very busy on their computers and after that treating you like a bother. It took a long time + multiple phone calls to get the promised quote and every single time we have needed any sort of after sales assistance, they were as unfriendly and snobbish as we've come to expect.
Won't be stepping foot in this shop ever again.

I bought fittings for my new bathroom from the Aston Matthews website and found it easy to use with useful suggestions to help me make the right choice. Everything arrived on time and as described, whilst the quality exceeded my expectations. My plumber was particularly impressed with the brass taps.

I have been assisted by Aston Matthews several times in the past and the service has always been excellent. I was really surprised to see the negative reviews as they bear no resemblance whatsoever to my experience. Apart from the beautiful bathrooms their deep knowledge is excellent (whether planning or buying a bathroom) and the service/delivery is fantastic. (I have mainly dealt with Steve). Thanks again - highly highly recommended

I was impressed by the Aston Matthews website so decided to visit the shop as it is local to me in Islington. There is a good choice of bathroom fittings so I was able to find all that I needed for my project inlcuding a modern wall hung basin, WC and walk in shower. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful especially as I had a very specific look I was trying to achieve. Thank you

We bought 2 bathrooms for our house in E8 and from start to finish the service was outstanding from BJ in the Islington branch. There were things neither us nor our architect had considered which BJ advised on. We felt the prices were reasonable for the quality and Aston Matthews liaised directly with our builders on delivery. Would thoroughly recommend this company especially if unsure on design/ layout etc.

The place to go for quality bathroom sinks and taps.

I bought part of a bathroom from them 4 years ago. After a cheap, but important, part went missing they replaced it without question, query or cost. Very pleased to be saved the hassle.

Not cheap, but hey, you pay for what you get and Aston Matthews products are beautiful and of a high quality. Sadly I have moved out of London, otherwise I would be back without a doubt.

Extremely disappointing service. Staff are patronising, rude and at moments aggressive over the phone. We are grateful for the compensation that was granted. However, the faults of Aston Matthews has still cost our business and wasted a lot of valuable time.

Everytime I've been in there the staff haven't wanted to help, and one man in particular seems to have a problem with children.

Don't seem interested in actually helping for smaller purchases.

We ordered taps 6 weeks ago from this company. After an initial chase, we were told someone would get back to us, never happened. I called back yesterday and was told by someone they would call me back that day. As the day went buy, nothing. I then called back and was told we would get a call within 48 hours, that they were working with the supplier in Italy. So this means I should hear back by tomorrow AM. Something tells me I m going to be chasing this again. This delay is completely throwing our project off track. Had I not needed specific taps or been this far down the line, I would have gone with someone else a long time ago. Never again will I buy anything from this place. Total waste of time.

Beautiful and amazing bathrooms. Sales guys are extremely knowledgeable and know their stuff.
