Excellent selection of cars and super knowledgeable staff !

By far the best buying and customer experience of any car i've bought before from Simon Lloyd of AM Mayfair. I originally enquired on an older DB11, but after Simon did a lot of work (including his managers), they managed to get me into their DB11 AMR demonstrator. I would also like to point out that this was done during lockdown in April & May, and the response and attitude of Simon is unparalleled to any othr salesman/manufacturer.

Keep it up Astom Martin, as you make your competitiors look inadequate. Plus your cars look 10 times better than anything on the road (in my opinion)

Horrible service.... we walked in with some clients/friends who were in the market for the latest Aston Martin... however the staff were inefficient ot helpful. They had even told us to go to another one of their concept store whereby we could get more info on the detailing... but upon reaching there, the selection was far worse... disappointment for a fine English brand and establishment!

Ben and I are very tempted! The DB11 is quite something. Great salesman, full of energy and not too pushy at all. Mercedes were the complete opposite.

Just window shopping but were very polite and enthusiastic. Didn't try to give a hard sell but opened the bonnet for us and offered for me to sit in one. They were passionate about the cars: not just salesmen.

In Juli 2014 we made a window shopping expedition. Suddenly, we can't believe our eyes, we saw the original Aston Martin DBS from the TV-Series "The Persuaders" in the store window. We went in and the very friendly staff shows us a lot of details. Especially the autographs of Roger Moore (Lord Brett Sinclair) and Tony Cortis (Danny Wilde). Once again thank you very much for this great and amazing impression!!!
