To flee, that said it can help out a few months, if you manage to hold on ... but you don't have to stay long, a very very bad HR management many lies, and manipulations coming from the production manager who unfortunately adopts a state with a bellicose spirit, constantly belittles and does not take responsibility for his errors which are really unfortunate.

This was not my case, but 2 of my former colleagues were offered a job abandonment so that the agency does not pay compensation.
