With all due respect to Corona and everything. But the wait here is unrealistic. Even before 3 hours of surgery it is quite excessive. For tests that take an hour.
Even a day after surgery wait an hour for a doctor to look 5 min and check.

It would have been possible to do everything more orderly, and more with the money paid here.
The surgery itself was excellent

I did the surgery and it went fine. The problem is the lack of organization, the hectic atmosphere on the surgery day and the extremely long waiting time you have to spend on your check-ups appointments and on your surgery day. Do it elsewhere.

Intolerable waiting times, in the surgery itself you waited over 4 hours to enter. Giving contacts to call in a state of distress, no one answers except one who will be told to his credit that he is the only one answering, but in an insensitive manner.
The ratio you get after is different from the ratio you get before. Before I paid - Queen of the world, after I paid - not interesting.
The only ones who made the experience good for me - Siegel from customer service and Dr. Adi.

The attitude in general is very disappointing, waiting times are too long, and even after I was supposed to come for a review and could not come for my own reasons no one from customer service or the clinic picked up the phone to find out if I was okay or if I was coming. And as I said, before I paid - the queen of the world, after I paid - no one is interested.
Too bad.

I personally did the operation and it was successful.
Unfortunately my experience was filled with disorganization and not really feeling like I'm in safe hands.
Another thing to take in mind is the Sale representative called who promised certain stuff and then backed out.
*Update* The Director of hospital just came to me and said because of my review I will not get any medication as "punishment". Disgrace!

Peace .

My name is Sivan and I wanted to briefly share about the process I went through to remove glasses at Assuta Optic ..

My dream was to get up one morning and just see without the need for glasses, my big concern was where to do and who to really give the reins to do surgery in a particularly sensitive place like the poor.

After much thought and many good recommendations, I decided to go to a consultation meeting at Assuta Optic Tel Aviv,
From the first moment I realized that I am in good hands that interests them first and foremost to give a sense of security and credibility.

It took me a minute to decide I was interested in having the surgery just here,
Today I am half a year after the surgery and tap tap my life has changed, what I dreamed of all my life has come true.

So for a brief summary some thanks from the bottom of my heart

* Surgeon - Dr. Andrew Pick
You were charmingly attentive and professional, thank you very much.

* Optometrist - Adi Bloch Cohen
You are stunning and professional, thank you very much

* Medical Secretary - Mariana Soso
You were with me from the beginning of the process until the end
You are really charming, professional, and through you I felt as at home as possible, you made my process easier than I thought.
Your attitude to the customer, the desire to give information and help, the joy of your life, and the person you are, made me personally an amazing memory that I will not forget.
Many thanks from the bottom of my heart.

On the face.

On the face.
I have had surgery with them in the past. Incomplete surgery remains a number. Tell you to leave Put on glasses ...
Waiting times are very long, both for an appointment and at the clinic itself.
