In the 20 plus years that my husband and I have been together, we have purchased a variety of different brand name cars and as a result, we have been to various car dealerships throughout the GTA. We found a vehicle at Oakville Volkswagen that we had a lot of interest in. We sent an email and a fantastic sales person by the name of Arnold connected with us! His prompt attention to our needs were met with great professionalism and care. We were very satisfied with his approach as well with his understanding of our needs. At this visit, we also dealt with a gentleman by the name of Andrew. He is the manager of the used car department at Oakville Volkswagen. During this visit, with Arnold and Andrew, it was the most pleasant experience that we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. There was laughter, professionalism and it was overall a great experience! Thank you!

We ended the process by dealing with the finance manager named Faith. She, as far as we are concerned went above and beyond to meet our needs. She was very patient, pleasant and professional, overall a fantastic individual to deal with!

Our sales Cardin is a great sales who trade us as friends more than just customer, and the used car manager Andrew gives us really good advice, he is very gentle and patient. We feels extremely comfortable because theirs good attitude and the passion of work. We are also appreciate the finance manager Warren help us do all the paper works.

From start to finish the entire process was relaxed, friendly and enjoyable. We purchased a used vehicle but were treated with respect, which hasn t been our experience at other dealerships.
