Too expensive individually and just as expensive for a family
Historical gardens, which allow you to imagine yourself being in another part of the world. Plants have been grouped into territorial regions and the absence of signs and posters make it seem perfectly natural.
The staff have been very helpful in identifying unknown plants.
If you've fallen in love with some of the rare species, you can take them home for a moderate sum. Instructions for care can be downloaded from the web.
There is a choice of even and well surfaced paths for prams or wheelchairs and small partially covered flights of stairs that allow you to discover the hidden secrets.
A wonderful, surprising place !!!
The employees there are very pleasant.
Beautiful Mediterranean garden and that takes you to the sea I recommend it is the 2nd time for 12 years that I spend there
A place that deserves to be known! Huge, magnificent garden, breathtaking panorama, small bar to cool off, superb stroll with the family!
Gardens not watered for ecological reasons surely, you will arrive in an arid environment where all the plants are burnt. The 12 euros of access are really not up to the experience. Natural experiment failed. In addition, no indication on the name of the plants, we learn nothing. There is only one central explanation, so we must remember the numbers of the plants ... there are free public gardens much more beautiful ...
hello, a quality walk for lovers of original gardens. Allow at least two hours and remember to charge the battery of your phone or camera.
Gorgeous. To do absolutely when you pass in the area. And the dining area is excellent.
In an exceptional setting by the sea a variety of incredible Mediterranean plants with thoughtful environmental and sustainable management. Very educational visit and a walk on the trails of the park very pleasant.
This garden is always more remarkable than ever ...
Friendly and efficient welcome.
Bravo.
Sincerely, terribly disappointing. How can we put 5 stars in a dilapidated place and without much interest. Fortunately 2 beautiful views of the sea and some pretty plants ... but 12 for this is really making fun of the world! Do a real hike in the Mediterranean landscapes around you and for free.
Nice historic garden. Admission 12 per person. The terrain is very large with a large variety of plants and trees. There are also some historic buildings on the site. An accompanying brochure is available at the entrance, in several languages, explaining the garden and buildings. Nice to see, during the walk beautiful view points over the Mediterranean Sea. Here and there, the garden makes a neglected impression, clutter on the paths. Trees and plants are not pruned, leaving dead leaves or lying on the ground. The buildings also look neglected, by painting the window frames everything would be very well done.
Still worth a visit if you are in the area.
Many species of multiple plants and trees. A course not to be missed.
Beach and part of the domain inaccessible, it is very bad especially for the price.
Very disapointed...
First of all I regret the price of the entry compared to the numbers of very succinct explanations ... Whether it is the explanations at the entry as well as on the domain.
It is very easy to cash without taking the time to inform that guided tours are taking place inside. The card should be given systematically with the entry ticket ...
You will obviously say that for the explanatory panels this distorts the natural side of the park .... Blablabla ...
Yes finally at the price of the entry, I believe I have the right to learn a little more about the essences that my little eyes perceive ... Even if only the name!
Because for a stroll in the middle of nature, the region is full of these trail jewels.
I therefore do not recommend your park which is in my opinion a catch cat!
In addition you do not respect your concept ... what do Mediterranean species in Australia, New Zealand, Africa etc ...
Explanations would therefore be necessary in order not to make amalgam ...
Superb garden tours are really useful and bring a real plus to the visit.
Never disappointed to come.
Area where you can admire the Mediterranean flora. Preserved place where It is good to stroll in this beautiful vegetation.
Preserved place with multitudes of Mediterranean trees and plants. Take the guided tour then venture down the small paths to the beach.
Very pleasant garden. Car park. Restaurant on site. Very nice views.
Very friendly tour and very welcoming staff. To do !
Big rip off don't be fooled by the photos that arrived there it was really horrible I highly recommend this place!
Magnificent and fascinating by taking the audio guide.
On the other hand, a couple of the staff installed at the little house on the beach made us extremely uncomfortable when we still had a good quarter of an hour before closing. These sad people paid by the state funds was reading, we disturbed the poor darlings.
So do it again in the spring, with the less cons, who dare everything, that's even what we recognize.
Magnificent garden to discover with the family. Incredible diversity of plants, not to be missed during your Var escapade!
Very beautiful
Travel around the world
Free and accessible parking
Wonderful place here in October insanely relaxing and quiet
Very beautiful place. Beautiful horticultural fair of local plants at the end of September. There are even some for non-Provencal people. Good advice right before you plant.
A magnificent and wild garden that allows you to better understand and understand nature. The team is very competent and likes to retranscribe its passion to share it with us.
Since there are only a few parking spaces available, we parked up on the main street and then walked down. Was a very nice walk. Unfortunately, the information that was decisive for us was not at the top of the many signs: DOGS ARE GENERALLY FORBIDDEN.
For all other visitors: 11 entry per person. As of April18
Frankly do not hesitate to make a stop in this beautiful garden .. we travel across the continents and it's just beautiful and yet we did not have the sun at the rendezvous!
Pretty garden with stunning views over the Mediterranean
Beautiful garden pity that the lack of water does not give all its splendor visit in September may be after or before summer its must
Very beautiful garden ... choose the right moment to see the flowering at its maximum blooming.
Very pretty garden even if in September it is not necessarily the best season to visit it. However, as they are plants from extreme regions, there is always a curiosity to see these. And the walk is worth it anyway More
I advise you to take the guided tour, especially Chloe was perfect. It is truly a remarkable place. I will go back there.
Beautiful botanical garden, plants from different continents. Again and again views of the sea.
A super huge botanical garden!
Please visit in the dry!
The paths are partly under water.
But what a view, it was worth it.
Always so much pleasure to visit this magnificent park
I loved going around the estate with my family. We discovered the beautiful gardens while playing games. The kids had a lot of fun and so did we.
Very beautiful place lack of activities for young and old and a pity that access to the beach is prohibited!
Magnificent views of the coast and a rewarding hour tour
Cool experience for the whole family, apart from that you have a stroller with you
Quietude beauty of the relaxing places appreciating each season the visit of the thank you
A welcome up to the beauty of the site. A paradise for garden lovers. Superb walk.
Hyperprotege place beach protected fig tree panoramic view
Wonderful garden bought by the conservatory of the littoral. Different atmospheres depending on the place where you are which take you around the Mediterranean, in Asia, in Australia, New Zealand. An ideal circulation according to the "form" of each one .
: flat paths or stairs. Many species and the possibility of having lunch or having a "pot" on site. Not to be missed for garden lovers.
A very nice area to visit where there is not too much influence even in the middle of August. For those who were born in 1989, visit and free!
We can then swim outside the area 5min walk.
You have to do a guided tour which is free, the guide was very interesting, it gives a good overview of the history of the estate and plants.
This is not a botanical garden be careful but it is very pretty!
A magnificent park north of the sea with Mediterranean vegetation around the world. To visit absolutely.
Beautiful field, magnificent view. Activity for children "feet in the water" very rewarding.
The guided tour was very interesting, and the fascinating guide .... Thank you to him. It must be visited at various times of the year because it can change everything ... The view of the sea is beautiful and it feels like being in another world!
Beautiful garden that allows you to discover the vegetation of different continents. Organized visit for children.
Very nice guide.
Highly recommended place
How beautiful! Magnificent place where you can see various species and maritime plants! To see and review .. many small coves where the water is a transparent blue! Take your water bottle with you!
Awesome place, all the gardens and the restaurant offer a great place to visit and have lunch appart from the rest of the world.
Very nice garden. Almost all the plants of this world in a picturesque landscape
Very good time in this beautiful estate.
Superb walk.
Very nice. When we enter the domain, we are out of time. Indeed, the old houses and the plantations seize us and we feel well the important work of the gardeners and the former owners which made it possible to arrive at this magnificent result. To visit taking your time, 2 hours is good.
A great facility. There are devices with which one is informed in German without a guide about the location. Absolutely worth a visit. However, the visit will be the most beautiful in spring and autumn winter.
This garden was a favorite for me.
Located in the heights of Rayol this green garden gives access to breathtaking views of the azure coast.
As for the garden it is rather well maintained considering the size of the garden and allows to discover the flora of several regions of the world or climates.
Ps: I also want to acknowledge the financial efforts made by many actors to restore the heritage present in the garden.
Superb garden on the hillside and by the sea. All the places in the world with a Mediterranean climate are represented. The plants are beautiful and some, rare in France, are beautiful sizes. The park, mostly dry, gives a false impression of non-maintenance, but this is not the case. The guided tour is a must, the guides explaining well without being "taken in the head". For the rest of the visit, the plan is mandatory so as not to miss a corner of this large garden. Be careful like any garden in the south, some areas are infested with mosquitoes, so provide repellent so as not to spoil the visit. The sea view is breathtaking. Special mention to the valley, the only humid place, and its tree ferns.
