Poor quality counseling and the receptionist is always too busy on her phone to help, and the billing Dept. has NO CLUE what they are doing! Emphatically recommend you go elsewhere so you don't waste your time and money!
This place did not seem so bad when I took my son there but they said it would take about a week for results and it has been over a month and no matter how many times we call we are not getting his results and no one is calling us back
I took my kids there after being abused. Their therapist was SOO great! I cant remember her name but she was on the 2nd floor. She made a HUGE difference. 2y later and ive not had many issues resulting from their abuse!
I came here to have some tests taken and it was a disaster! The receptionist seemed overwhelmed or unable to do her job because it took her 10 minutes to greet and try to help me from the time I was waiting at her window. Then I went back to meet with the older counselor guy to take some tests and he apologized and said the person who would take the tests wasn't even there even though that is specifically what we had scheduled the appointment for. He recommended I scheduled another appointment and they still billed me even though I couldn't have the tests taken! This place is very unorganized and unprofessional. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
This is a great place to go that does not feel too clinical. The staff are very caring!! Not to mention they are very helpful with all therapeutic needs.
The therapist here are nice that's the only reason that I'm giving 2 stars instead of one. First time I came here the sign was down, so i wasnt even sure where to go or which door to use or if I was in the right place. The front desk is pretty much a joke. Not greeted nicely (usually) and they dont have a friendly manner. The last straw for me was yesterday 9/25/20. I made an appointment over a month ago to have my daughter come in for an appointment. We live 25-30 minutes away from this location. We arrive and the front desk says they have tried to reach me and my appointment was cancelled. No other explanation. I asked if they had the right phone number and she told me, and yes it was correct. They NEVER left me a voice mail and I NEVER had a missed call from them. Now she tried to tell me I didnt have a voicemail which is a straight up lie. So they never informed me that the appointment was cancelled. Then I wasted an hour of my time driving. There was no apology. She treated me like I was lying and made me feel like it was my fault that they have zero customer service. I made the appointment later in the day for a reason and the only other appointments they could do was weeks out and in the mornings. I will never come back here. I feel like things happen for a reason and they must not be the place for my daughter to go. I myself have been here last year and my son has been virtually talking to a therapist since covid. Like I said 2 stars just because of the therapist. Otherwise this place sucks.
The therapist are great people but the billing department is terrible. On two different occasions I have paid for services and then later received a large bill in the mail. For the amount of money that they charge, they should at least bill clients correctly the 1st time.
