Do not deal with this contractor. First of all, they do not pay for work being performed. They will give you a long story and at the end they will not pay. They are very disorganized and very unprofessional. Do not deal with this people. They are shady and bogus.

Purchased My house in late May and went out of town for work , came back to a note on my door saying that my house was deemed vacant or abandoned. Just moved in and have all my belongings there , with brand new appliances just installed. They broke into my home stole items broke my door changed my locks and put a lock box with a key so they could get back in on my back door . Never in my life would i think this would happen . They will not get back to the detective on the case with the 2 individuals that broke in witch i have many photos of along with the letter left on front door . Going to get a good lawyer !!!! I have sent your contact infprmation Cleo to the detective and of course you did not answer so he kindly left you a voice mail ......
Assero services crashed a lawn mower into our rear porch railing a few days before settlement on our new house. We couldn't do anything about it, or we'd lose the deal. So, we're stuck with a smashed deck and no contact from them. So much for 'Quality Work, Quality People, Quality Results' [sic].
If I could leave a negative review, I would. This company left a note on my door and not only did I call but my real estate agent called as well. No one ever responded!!!!!! Someone from your company took my real estate agents information off and sawed off my deadbolt and put a lockbox on it! You did NOT have permission to come on to my property and what you did was illegal!!! This house is for sale it is not bank owned!!!! We have made a police report and you will not trespass again!
WARNING!! WARNING!! WARNING!! To all companies that are considering doing business with Assero, the reviews about Assero NOT PAYING for work orders that have been completed are COMPLETELY TRUE!! The pictures of before and after were provided and clearly display the work was done but Assero feels the need to find excuses NOT TO PAY!! Anyone can see that this yard was cut along with several others but somehow, someway, with excuses Assero isn't paying for the work orders completed. The 1.7 star rating is there for a reason
Very bad place to do business with stay away they don't pay.Dont think anyone there has a clue what there doing.and when you call to talk to someone they never pick up or call back
As a vendor who has been in the industry for many years. We must say Assero Services has been one of the best to work for. It took some time. But having a great relationship with our Reps is the key to our success. Quality work and good communication is all that s needed for a successful work environment. Scammers trying to gain access to my house for some reason. Every six months or so they post a notice that they want to "winterize" my supposedly vacant or abandoned house. When all they have to do is take a look inside the window next to the door to see me watching my television. Any attempt to contact them is met with an answering service. I will be formally trespassing this company from my property.
Sold my house yesterday, but the realtor informed us that we needed to make a phone call before signing because we found this note on the door when she went to get the lockbox and keys off the door and sign out of the yard. Apparently with a mowed lawn, and for sale/sale pending sign in the yard, the house was deemed vacant by this company that neither our well known realtor and title agency neither one have knowledge of or have ever seen anything like this. I called the number several times only to be disconnected before anyone answered or I was able to reach a voicemail box. Still, after leaving a voicemail I haven t heard from anyone. I m still baffled at how some random company can deem my house vacant and change locks/winterize the property when it clearly wasn t abandoned.
