I absolutely love working for George he was there for me when I needed it was temporary job and he got me started no questions asked. He's a great day to work for and goes out of his way for his employees. And I know if I ever need to pick up something part time I can always call him.
Fantastic company, dedicated to their craft. Awesome job assembling a playhouse for a very deserving girl in Dunlap, Tennessee. Thank you for making a wish come true through Make A Wish of East Tennessee. We appreciate you!
Pleased to say I had an outstanding experience with Assemblers. Bought a stand-up easel for my wife and should have known better in the first place than to try it myself. Tried. Failed. Miserably. Called Assemblers and made an appointment. Fred was not only expert (he put the whole thing together in about 15 minutes), but personable as well. My wife uses the easel every day and loves it. Very well done, Assemblers!
We had our grill assembled last Thursday, 08/12/21. First, our window was 3 to 5 and the assembler called around 3:30 saying he was picking up the item and would be headed our way. He did not show up until 4:58. We don't live that far from the store. He then proceeded to start setting up/assembling in our driveway/garage without even asking where we wanted it. I distinctly remember stating when setting the appointment that it would be going in the backyard and that we had an access gate. My husband had to inform him that no we wanted it assembled on the patio.
Once assembled, I went to inspect the work and one of the fold down shelves was crooked (not level at all). When I mentioned this, he tried to tell me that was the way it was made. I said no look at the other side and had to show him exactly what was wrong. Then the doors on the grill, looked slightly off and not tight when I showed this he pretended to do some adjustment and said that it was just the way it was made. Whenever I pointed out something else, he just gave me a look and didn't look too happy that I was asking for something to be fixed.
Also, he claimed a piece was missing from the box and I would need to contact the manufacturer to have it replaced. Based on the above, I think he broke it but didn't want to tell me.
I get that we were his last appointment for the day and it was hot but for the money we paid for this service I expected at the very least even shelves. The customer service was horrible. I didn't even have him break down the box because of his attitude.
I will not be using this service again. We will save the money and put it together ourselves.
Assemblers is a great community partner to Ronald McDonald House Charities in Chattanooga. Their annual donation allows us to provide families of critically ill children with everything they need to stay close to the hospital and focus on their child's medical needs. We have found everyone involved with the company to show great passion for giving their customers excellent work and equal passion for helping the community in which they live and work to be a better place for all. I highly recommend this company!
We just had the best experience with Assemblers, Inc.! We purchased a large (complex) swing set for our children and after some research showing us that it would take the average person over 50 man hours to build, we decided to leave it to the professionals. I called our local Home Depot and they recommended Assemblers, Inc. The process was easy and efficient from my first phone call for a quote all the way to the swing set being built yesterday. The men who came to build it were kind, professional and VERY hard working (in 90 degree weather!) They made sure to have it completed before my kids got home and even stayed a couple extra minutes to see their reaction -- priceless! I highly recommend them to anyone considering their services!
Assemblers supports the local community by donating to truly local nonprofits every year. They are very reliable in their giving. I was also very impressed when I got to attend one of their annual meeting. I've watched all the managers problem-solve with each other and share their best practices with Assemblers teams across the region. They clearly look for every way to improve the quality of their service.
Money is desent and the job is easy. I worked as a CSR and it was a lot of fun and my bosses were nice. But the company dont care about nobody. Our human resource managers didnt tell anybody a employee had covid and then we all started getting sick with it. They play favorites and will let you go for speaking up with a real issue. I saw it with my own eyes. Watch out otherwise its an ok job.
