Its a really good, clean, friendly place to work. I was just hoping that with this horrific blizzard (April 15th) they would have called off their employees, not just wait to see how many end up in the ditch/dead.

Belmark is great to work with and offer price conscious solutions.

Very unpleasant place of employment. People of higher power use it to their advantage and lack professionalism. Like a previous review, your days are numbered if you question their authority. Belmark is a company that swept my sexual harassment claim under the rug and refused to either switch my shift, my position, or my plant. They select who they truly care about. The perks of the company are great and the pay is decent. But that simply does not make up for the fact that we can t feel comfortable or work in a safe environment.

Great place to work. I am proud to say I work for Belmark and this September I celebrate 12 years there.

I was thouroughly Impressed with my time at belmark 99.9 percent of the people were wonderful the job wasn t bad and they took the time to teach me a valuable trade. However the .1 percent of people ruined it because they (he) have a position of power. And if they (he) holds a grudge against you, well your days are numbered, because they (he) holds a high enough useless position they (he) cannot he questioned without fear of retaliation. Joke and when you question the situation with hr they ignore it or brush it under the rug.. not a bad place to work but watch out for the tyrants

My fiance works here, which is the only reason I even have a clue what it is. For employment, I know first hand that it is a great place to work. My fiance and I have 2 small children, I am a stay at home mom and he works. The pay is definitely enough to support our family of 4, plus the management really takes notice of the quality of work you put in, which is always nice to be acknowledged for doing a good job. He started only about 3 months ago and has already received 2 raises! The employees work 12 hour shifts, which means he only has to work 3 days a weeks so he can spend more time with the family, but if he does want to pick up overtime it is almost always available. From what my fiance has told me and from what I see myself it is a great company to work for!
