They are not professional. Do NOT provide companies information unless they advise in advance what they are calling about upfront.

Unprofessional. This company called me and had the audacity to start discussing my medical information before properly verifying who I was, which is not proper. Then the manager I spoke with had the nerve to be defensive when I expressed my concern. If they are trying to obtain medical information about someone they need to follow the proper protocol. Please hang up and call the medical service provider and deal with directly.

I've tried to reach out to this company several times due to the letter I received in the mail. During the times of me calling never can get the person that supposedly working my account is never in. I've left voicemail after voicemail no one return my call. I've request to speak with the manager still no one answer. So from this point whatever information they need from my car accident and my children whom was injured information they will need to collect it the best way they know how to.

Unprofessional and very disrespectful. Do not give out any info to these people
