Horrible. If other competing companies run the contracts in the same way, I seriously think about not leasing cars in my life. I have been struggling for about 10 months to transfer a contract to another company. Until you receive an answer from them, the last documents expire. Worse than the state.
I do not have a pleasant experience with this company at all. Poor communication, fees and surprise fees arising after signing the contract. I received: the invoice of exchange rate differences to the supplier for the entire value of the car, although they financed only half of the amount, the summons fee, financing differences. I have not received any clarifications for these invoices. With each installment invoice, another surprise invoice appears.

After they have some commissions only known to them, I woke up with an invoice after 4 months like: currency exchange recalculation

I closed / terminated a contract with Idea Leasing in September 2020 and then in March 2021 they came back with a difference invoice because they sold the good at a lower price and want to recover the damage .... provided they told me in September last year that with the delivery of the good I will not have anything to pay ... BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY !!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO WORK WITH THE IDEA LEASING / BANK!
We have an SUV leased from them, with full helmet, on the company. Besides, we were able to negotiate the interest, but they moved very quickly in everything related to the documents. I changed the preferential registration number, during the contract, also with a preferential one and they moved exemplary. We also had to pay the exchange rate difference, after a year of contract, but the amount amounted to a few tens of lei, and the leasing was made for 30,000 + a fairly consistent advance. I had no problems with generating proxies for damage and leaving the country, I answer the phone quickly and provide the necessary information every time.
Purchasing a leased car or a fleet for a company seems to me the most profitable. It is deducted monthly from the income, if the helmet is concluded, it is concluded for the entire duration of the contract, and better if it is full, so free from damages. Be careful not to abuse. In 2 years I had a repainting wing and a broken windshield. RCA insurance decreased from one year to another by 60 lei. The first year ended at Asirom, the second at Omniasig! I had no damage to the RCA. I will choose them for the next purchase!
AVOID NOT TO HAVE HEADS AND STRESS ON THE DURATION OF THE CONTRACT, INCREASE RCA INSURANCE BY 200 RON FROM 6 IN 6 MONTHS WITHOUT A ROAD EVENT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
