The worst customer service after sales exp ever with rep named Sagar Agarwal. We deligently went for our sales service for Jupiter grande and the rep was rude and ill mannered. he did not speak to us properly and was rude to us.Only the manager should take responsibility to make sure the reps speak to the customers properly.
This should be marked as negative (in minus)

Would have rated -5. Called Them for details for new Apache RR 310 2019 and they kept on hold for 10 mins then they say they will call back but after 4 hrs they didn't . When I called back again the girl talks rudely on the phone and doesn't provide info . Mannerless people . Don't know how to talk to customers.

Worst Worst Worst! I personally suggest dont go. When you will go to buy any vehicle they will be so much gentle so much gentle you will be amazed. But when you bought the vehicle they will forget you. Even they are ready to say we dont want customer like you.
I have never ever seen worst place in my life. Worst service. They do nothing literally nothing. They don't care of your vehicle your stuffs anything. Their service is totally fake. Better you buy HONDA ACTIVA. Just give couple of bugs more and get quality. Or you can go to other dealer of TVS.
This is a genuine review and i have experienced it. So make sure you read before you go.

Their service is worst. Even after mentioning problems in the vehicle, the very next day of service we find the same problems continuing. In my case, the problems just worsened off. Also they just make excuses that we can't give service the same day they promised to give even after having earlier telephonic conversation.

Vehicle service delay and not timely given...bad behaviour of service man or payment collected Man...overload vehicle take in workshop and not given timely and very bad service and not solve our complaints very bad behaviour.

It's very worst & 3rd class experience with servic...

It's very worst & 3rd class experience with service & employee of floor.
I had taken pre - appointment & on morning but till Evening 17:10PM not taken for service by them, After my follow up with shouting & call to there head - they committed for fake delivery time by 18:00pm.
All after with full day delay vehicle with service hand over second day i picked my jupiter.
I have same pick up issue, Where there floor person not resolve but there one mechanic told me we don't have spare right now next time you come i resolved your issue he told me after taken 2100rs

Then after 5 to 7 days called from service centre they told me you to our center your spares are available so i dropped my jupiter but still not available spares and they charged me before 2100rs then 150rs for diagnosis so friends don't go there service centre thay cheated me

Machinic staff & in - Charge & there head are wrong committed and also floor staff is worst & not trustable .
I not recommend Oceanic TVS + Manav mandir Branch for services & purchase vehicle from.them

My very bad experience.

My self himanshu patel.I purchased tvs jupiter top model from oceanic tvs showroom at drive in road,memnagar branch ahmedabad gujarat.they gave me four free service onward. When i came for forth service of my jupiter thay told me that your 4th service is left.

Branch manager:- mehulbhai memnagar branch

In book thay write 8500km to 9000km.my running km is 8550km.but they didnt give me service nd support also.

Tottly bad service from oceanic tvs gurukul branch.

Very poor staff support I have not got a name for my registration book and this is not a vehicular number. When the call is received from the receptionist call transfer, it is still possible to leave the address bar. No response is received yet 90 days since no number I am going to Choice number 1 month me. There are no translations available. Pls do no other kharido any vehicle yaha se. I would like to complain that TVS me Ink bad behavior and money do not happen and you do not have to pay any attention to it. 90 days after restoration I do not want to call the receptionist but I do not call him at all but I do not call him. 31 July Pls i suggest everyone, na kharido yaha se

Never seen this kind of Worst service in my Life.

Never seen this kind of Worst service in my Life.

I had buy my Jupiter before seven month (at time of writing Review) . Still after 7 month they had not started number plat related details.

Even after approach many times but not get any positive response from their staff. they just believe making money only, never give proper response.

Guys keep some humanity...

The worst service center experience with oceanic. My well working scooty they made it worst. Taken to service a scooty more than a month, even stolen/given hardwares too. I have seen they exchange hardwares also one vehicle to another.. shame!! First service they didn't worked anything, next when it stopped they taken to recover it only one month. After shouting there only any work can be done. Never ever recommend this service center to any body.

Worst ever services. Will not get a proper answer from the service people. Even the managers first of all will not pick up the call. And than only consolation will be given. You will not get any action to your quuery. I wish I can give -5 instead of one.

Very bad experience...

Very bad experience...
I bought 2 vehicles....
1st one is Apache ..at that time sales was low so they were listening at the time of sales but after that the service manager never listen ..
But after the success of Jupiter they are flying... Even sales is also not responding good...
I suggest you to go small new dealers they will respond batter.

Please try to solve his issue or else we can file a case also,
Don't think that costumers are fools..
As costumer we put our vehicles to solve the issues but "Ravi" doesn't solves the issue but he makes more bigger issues
He is not ready to accept his faults i have proofs also

They just selling their vehicles but for services result is null.

I have bought byk from 4 months ago from the oceanic show room, and problem still continue to start byk after 10 times try.

Suggest to every one to not buy any vehicle from here.

This location is superb with Services and way they behave with customer is excellent
And Mehul V Panchal location manager he is excellent
I think he should be promoted to higher level
He is excellent at his job skills and he should be given more then expected
He is really great resource for this location

I had taken pre - appointment & on morning 9:27AM my vehicle on 2 ND number but till Evening 17:10PM not taken for service by them, After my follow up with shouting & call to there head - they committed for fake delivery time by 18:00pm.
All after with full day delay vehicle with service hand over to me at evening - 19:25PM.
The scratch on vehicle i done by them I had raised same issue, Where there floor person not resolve but there one mechanic.Mr.Jatin help me & make vehicle polish & give assurance that the issue of scratch resolve by next time with sprey paint as they made available next time.

Machinic staff & in - Charge & there head are well good but floor staff is worst & not trustable .
I not recommend Oceanic TVS + Manav mandir Branch for service & purchase vehicle from.them

Donot let go for your loved once 2 Wheller service with oceanic TVS...!!!!
They have 2 much work load and no customer focus...!!!!
False commitment and all issues were as it as even after delivery call worst washing.

If some one not agree can try one time...!!!!
TVS 2 Wheller corporation should look into the audir and muat ensure how they are delivering to customer.....!!!!

Worse customer service/support. After booking and delivery they do not respond easily, they take too much time to deliver and giving damaged vehicle. Be alert or don't go for the dealer and check what they included with the bike.

Very good service center.Very experienced service advisors, honest and particular.
I have visited multiple times to this center but always satisfied with their services as well as other parameters like timing, accuracy of services, advises for service are always balanced and to the point.
It is good to trust service advisor here.

These people charge me extra money for tvs jupiter...

These people charge me extra money for tvs jupiter. I didn't check the receipt and left the showroom. The next day when i checked the receipt they have charged around rs.800 extra. Next day I returned to the showroom and asked them why they charge extra. They said its a difference you have to pay when you purchase through paytm. Because paytm have their own price and we do have a different price. Finally after an hour of argument I was ready to convince that I have purchase the vehicle from paytm and also paid shipping charge. So whatever I have paid, for that price you have to ship vehicle to my home. They processed a refund cheque and gave me after 3 days. Now its has already been two months and I still haven't received a call for number plate fitting. When raising a complaint to TVS the showroom guy said they just received payment few days ago and my file is in process. Guys just to let you know that i made all the required payment on the same day of purchase. I will recommend everyone to not to fall in trap of people as you have to keep chasing them all the time once the purchase is done. Very pathetic service.
