Nice customer service. But they don't have stock 160 rtr Apache bike. They give me bike which was used in showroom for show purpose.

they did not give a original bill and service is very bad for all type . subdillers of oceanic tvs very poor because I forgot my original bill so I requested to subdiller for duplicate bill in last one month but they did not reply for bill .

Will Never Suggest This Place For Motorcycle Service. Certainly I am The Admin Of AOG Ahemedabad Chapter Appche OWNERS GROUP AHEMEDABAD. And If I don't get the Service On Time What will the Other Customer's Gooin Through And I Have Got Menny Complain Against this Service Station And I will Personally Not Recommend To Give your Motorcycle To this place

Very bad at service... Just know taking money and not giving desired service what a customer want.. Never receive call always lines kept on busy mode....

This is the autorised dealer's shop and also service center for TVS scooters. The service here is very satisfactory.

Management for the service center is a huge problem . No one knows whats happening and whozz doing what . No one picks the call , Work quality is also not satisfactory

I would like to give minus -5 if available. I purchased my TVS Jupiter from this showroom. First they charged 2500 higher than other TVS showroom but I compromise due to nearby service station location and convenience. They provide me accessories after 2 weeks of purchase with daily follow up. Till that I am Ok by thinking sometimes it happens due to stock availability. NOW its has cross my patience level . It has been two month for my RTO passing and they called me for extra payment for my vehicle number. PATHETIC , BAKWAS, BOGUS SERVICES. Mujhe pachtana pad raha hai aise showroom se vehicle Purchase karke.

I have given my accidental bike for service, firstly they have taken much time to repair it. Secondly, no new parts were available in the service center, they told me tht it will take 15 days to come your bike parts and accessories which were broken.
Thirdly, when bike got ready, i went there to collect my bike, and i found it was not complete, even they fitted new parts they don't have the screws, in some parts they have only fitted one screw and other screw spaces were empty. And when i aksed them is bike ready they said yes it's complete. Also the service was not proper.
Fourthly, they charge a lot, in labour n extra expenses my bill was around 9880 Rupees.
There are lots of to share but as i think they dun care for their business and customers.

I would give 0 star if i can give. I strongly recommend not to go there, specially on Saturday and Sundays.

Really don't go there to service your vehicle.

Showroom guys were not interested in talking with customers . They just sat on their chair when i entered showroom and even didn't try to communicate when i was checking out vehicle. When i asked about apache 310 they had no clue at all , i even asked to give me little knowledge about bike but they didn't seem interested . They just gave each other's name whenever i asked something and told me to ask other person in showroom . Apache 310 looks awesome and tvs should consider training this staff because other tvs showrooms have better staff.

We urge the brothers and sisters that in the TVS showroom no responsibility is given to anybody by giving them any bike service. So from there you go to the carriage service and you can watch it carefully at Manu Temple TVS.
It is a humbling request not to take any responsibility

Wrong name in RC card and Request for RC correction is pending since more than 9 months to them. Still not resolved

Don't event think to buy from this dealer you will need to be in touch with him and paid a lot to call him request him to be ease. They literally do not respond to customer even though manufacturing damage of bike. Beware..

Pathetic service and unprofessional behavior with poor customer service.

I had bad experience with this showroom from last 8 month. I have been telling about the gear shifting problem in my bike they didn't fix from last 3 services. And their mechanic said "Sab customer aise hi bol rhe par gadi me koi problem nhi". In shot all the customers are wrong and their staff is right. Don't purchase bikes from here. Very bad service.

Update: Few days ago, received call from this service center that your vehicle service is due. I said you are not providing good service. Person said, okay and just disconnected the call.

Person who takes your vehicle for service doesn't take care of points you raised to him at all. Gives vehicle after service without giving any explanation to your points at all. Very bad experience, go for service center near Prernatirth Derasar , satellite.

Overloaded service center.....Always say come next day early morning....

Pathetic service. Given for insurance but even after 15 days work not done. Not reliable for service and insurance work. Very poor customer service.
