Barney s can t even afford their rent - you know a slumlord is greedy when an iconic retailer can t even make it. NY is dead - don t even try to open a retail business. Slumlords think they are business people - they would get eaten alive in retail - better to just Donald Trump it and screw over hard working entrepreneurs - property owners have ruined NYC.

This developer is ruthless and commits illegal activities. They extort large sums of money from small busines owners that lease their Properties. It is impossible to take legal action against them as a small business because they have money for lengthy legal battles. They are criminals!!! I strongly advise not to lease or do business with this developer.

Worst landlord on the planet. I'm surprised the city hasn't shut down the building where my office is. The elevator breaks down constantly (and has been for the past FOUR YEARS), the heat stops working, and they don't respond to maintenance requests. They've also been sending me an inaccurate invoice for the past 9 months. Don't come anywhere near this management company. Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp is pure, unfiltered garbage.
