From the very beginning the communication was great and it felt effortless to coordinate our vision with them. They also helped us immensely with working within our budget but still achieving what we wanted stylistically. Their support and understanding with all of the changes through COVID was also very reassuring, and they helped us adapt and overcome to make our wedding happen. Loved working with Mel for my wedding in January. We had to change everything 2 weeks before due to the COVID restrictions, but Mel was so understanding and was extremely accommodating with regards to providing substitute items as I had paid for 150 guests that could no longer attend. I was very happy the entire way and everything look amazing on the day!
These guys were so amazing!! I decided to hire a lounge 1 week out from the wedding and they were so prompt to respond to me and have the lounge available. I also realised I forgot to use a discount code and they were so professional and kind to reimburse me of the discount.

We can t thank Melissa & Simon enough for all of their hard work leading up to and on our big day. The first Saturday of 2020 got up to 47 degrees Celsius, had the smoke from the bush fires surrounding Sydney and just before our outdoor ceremony a giant gust of wind came up. It was such a delight meeting with Ashdown and Bee. The selection of props/decorations and signange in there storeroom was a treasure trove. The staff were excelelnt meeting with us in person and even better when responding to emails and texts. They were extremely profeshional and warm. We coudlnt have done it without them. It was such a joy working with them and I hope to use them again in the future. We've recetnly hung our wedding signage up in our house. We love it.
