Good to sit down and have a couple of beers. Not really a party place but comfortable and good for having a conversation.

Delicious and huge thai style grilled chicken salad! A fast, efficient and friendly service! She even speaks French to my daughter not too used to English! Thank you Maria! Beautiful Irish pub! I loved!

We were a party of 6 people. At the beginning of the visit everything was going well. We ordered our dinner and drinks with came at a timely manner. But during the course of the meal the waitress was less and less present. Some of the food came lukewarm. When desert came to the table one of the people in our party still had her semi full plate in front of her and had not been offered a to go container . After we paid the check for which we gave 15% tip ; our server called back one of our party to have them explain why the tip was so low which we found a bit insulting. We are aware that in some cases for a party of our size the tip is included in the check but this time it was not and we believed that 15% was more than fair considering the experience.

It's reliable! It has good food with ingredients you don't have to Google. There's usually room. There's something for everyone.

I went to this Restaurant this past Sunday with my friends and I loved it!!! Their wings are pretty good and everyone of my friend loved their food. One of my friend is allergic to soy and the chef made sure he made something for her that had no soy in it. The waiter was also amazing! He made sure we were okay and that our food was not too hot! Really love this place!

The staff at the Asgard were so hospitable to our group of volunteers! We contacted them about hosting our social event there on a Wednesday night, and they generously provided complimentary appetizers including nachos, a hummus plate, artichoke dip, and tater tots. Sweet potato fries are also tasty, and easy to eat with a drink in your other hand. There was also a representative from Shipyard Brewering handing out free swag and tastes of their seasonal Smashed Blueberry ale which Asgard just got on tap that day. Their rotating beer selection is fantastic, and the bartenders will gladly give you a taste of what's on draught if you're undecided. On Thursdays, live band karaoke is a different - and impressive - take on this bar singing activity. It can get loud, but it's worth it!

This place is amazing. The windows were thrown open to let in the breeze, the food was fantastic and the furniture stunning. The Irish Sampler hit home and fed my inner Irish wild child.

Solid spot for a drink. Great place for trivia or music when the weather's nice and the side windows are open.

An ok Irish modern pub. Have the same pub food as any place in Massachusetts, burgers, sea food like fried calamari and some Irish specials like shepherds pie. Took the sampler, the stew was horrible.

The food tasted good, but was a bit bland. I had the salmon and the edges were a bit charred. The waiters are very friendly, prompt and helpful. They make jokes and make guests feel comfortable. The seating is comfortable and spacious. My only gripe is that 2 of us had stomach aches after our visit, but maybe we're just sensitive.

There are so many good restaurants to visit in the Central/Kendall/Cambridgeport area of Cambridge that I would only recommend Asgard if you can't find seating elsewhere. I went with a group of 9 during lunch so this was the only place that would comfortably fit us all.

The selection of beer was okay, the food was okay. Only one Irish beer on tap. . Service was poor, lengthy & slightly unfriendly.

Lives up to its name. It is indeed a very Irish Pub. Food is also good and they serve big servings.

Such bad service. I could not get anyone to serve my table for 30mins. and when I went to the bar and told a bartender that I had been waiting for a long time to order, he told me that he was going to let me continue waiting because i sounded too frustrated. but it was already 30 MINUTES!
it was not until the bouncer of all people saw me waiting and went in the back to get someone that I was able to order. so 1 star because at least the bouncers are better at service than wait staff.

Good pub-style and Irish food. Decent craft beer and ale. Friendly service. Great place for lunch.

Larger bar feel. Decent beer selection. In town for an event and surprised by the rudeness when they turned the lights up to full 36 minutes before they closed. I asked the worker who did that noting how long ahead of time and he confirmed that he did it knowingly. They obviously cared less about how customers experienced it than anything else.

Frequently out of specials on food or beer. Food is nothing special. Fish and chips and reuben are bad.

Popped in here for dinner on a Friday night around 8. It was busy but there wasn't a wait, so we were seated quickly. I was surprised by how spacious the bar was. There is a large bar with televisions to watch a game, a comfortable lounge area, and an actual restaurant with large tables. It's a nice spot for visitors and locals. We ordered calamari and Reuben egg rolls. The calamari wasn't anything to write home about, but the egg rolls dipped in Russian dressing were a real treat. Bottom line: Our server was prompt, our drinks were cold, the food was delivered hot and tasty, the prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is cozy.

Very good the miso salmon but above all the beers! It is mandatory to stop here after a visit to MIT

I never write reviews, but I have never had as great an experience at a bar than here. Not only was the drink selection wide and the food delicious, but the waiter we had, Benjamin, was amazing! He made us laugh, served us in a timely manner, and made us feel like we were at a friends home. We already planned our next outing there, and we are excited to see it. If you are ever in Cambridge, you've gotta head to Asgard Irish Pub, and if you're lucky you can get Benjamin like we did!

Good sized meals and excellent cocktails. I had the chocolate martini and I m normally not one to order a second, but I did here! Our server was very polite and helpful when she found out we were from out of town

Ace brunch on sundays, my favorite brunch place in the area. I have a hard time choosing between the Irish breakfast and eggs Benedict.

There are Irish pubs and there are IRISH pubs. Sadly in my humble opinion this was not 100% Irish hence the dropped star! But still worthy of a visit.

Solid Irish pub in the center of biotech heaven. Big plates of food. Constantly updated beer and whiskey list. Good for meet-ups.

Maybe it's good for drinks. Slow service and dumped the dish on the table and no cutlery to be seen; I had to snatch it from a table nearby... Of course, they asked for a tip, which you better pay in case you have to come back. Hopefully not.

The Chicken Avocado Quesadilla was on point and the Sangria was delicious especially with the splash of bourbon and fresh raspberry garnish. I had dinner with a friend on a weeknight and would love to try drinks there on a weekend night.

Often somewhat crowded, but a good place to grab drinks close to MIT campus, if you don't mind the weirdness of an Irish bar being named after something from Norse mythology.

Not really what the name implies. It's a British style pub with decent enough food. Bartender was pretty good and friendly once you break through the usual server disdain.

As a college student used to mild dorm food, my mates and I were pleasantly surprised when got lunch here the other day. Great food, but even better was our awesome waiter! And the prices for meals were very reasonable; I'm look forward to my next trip!

Good draft beer selection. Every Monday night and Sundays during NFL season they have a $0.25 wing special, which is a fantastic deal. I've been going every Monday with a group of ~6, and rarely have trouble finding seating.

This spot is the one I always prefer. I visit many restaurants but to this place I constantly return again and again. The crew is very helpful and the food they place on your table is so yummy. I never miss an opportunity to have a nice meal in this place. I recommend this place with pleasure.
