Very big superstore to find every product..one can get very nice clothes in sale here

Nice big spacious ASDA. All the usual you expect from a larger store including Cafe. Plenty of parking in the industrial estate but beware of the unusual junction from the main road. Makes getting in and out tricky if you have never been there before

Handy for my work and home, plenty parking spaces and staff always friendly. The bargains are always good and I'll carry on going for a good few years to come.

Bought 3 lots of offers only got 1. Didn't see until I checked receipt at home

OK as supermarkets go I found everything I needed very competitive prices,,,

It's a big asda with everything you need in it. It's got a cafe and toilets too. There are more shops around asda like tk maxx and jd sport and more. Parking isnt the best though.

Some staff aren't very helpful and go in a huff when you ask for help, but the vast majority are polite, friendly and helpful. The store is well laid out, stocks a decent range of products too but doesn't have anywhere near a wide range of stuff as the superstores stock. Plenty of parking, disabled park8ng is very close and there is an Argos, TK Maxx, Pets at Home, B&M, Poundland, Poundworld Plus and a Home Bargins in close vicinity.

Excellent superstore. Well worth you visiting. Lots of car parking space.

If you are vegan this is a cool place as they always have stuff in stock!

Would advise some staff should refrain from having a full conversation with a friend while customer is waiting to be served. When it was mentioned customer was told if she didn't like it go to a self service where I thought an apology would of been appreciated girl on till was very rude

Zero points for customer service! I was sent by the staff at the self scan area to go and get a bar code for an item. I thought that was their job! I had no idea where I needed to go. I was sent from one staff to another. It was a nightmare. so What happened to ASDA's slogan we are happy to help ! I also found out that "the out of jail card" that the staff in ASDA Byker use is: The customer has been rude ! then that is it. You have no chance! when I asked how was I rude? The Robert who refuses to give his second name and goes by "All you are getting from me is Robert the Store Deputy !!" said: The way you are standing is Rude? What was Robert going to say next? The colour of your eye is rude? God help us all after Brexit !!

If you love the sight of peope in PJ's and the stench of cigarettes as you walk in the door then this place is for you

hey, it's handy, it's local and it's a supermarket, I prefer Waitrose but it's okay in a pinch

Just like every other asda apart from some of the staff are ridiculous at times.
I was shopping for a big party at my house for a 30th birthday. The shop assistant refused to serve me alcohol as there was children with me. Would allow me to get the other product but not alcohol. Two aisle down at the checkout there was a lady with a younger child being served alcohol when I pointed this out I was asked to leave the store.....

Just visited to return a parcel from Benton. Very quick & easy. Refund in my bank in 2 days.

Great shop - huge range, and the staff are usually very helpful. Also has loads of parking.

The restaurant is great. Quick service, good food and value for money. Plenty of choices for shopping. Helpful and very friendly staff. Large carpark.

Big range of foods. Frozen meals, fresh meat, dairy, bread, cakes, chocolate, food from different countries. Electricals, household goods, books and magazines etc.

Good. Nice selection....little bit tatty but overall good.

The lady in the cafe is so sweet. We went in yesterday Monday the 7th December 2020 and all kids eat free for December. She was very kind and helpful towards my daughter and is a credit to the store

Had everything I wanted in stock. Bit of trouble with a few youths outside the main doors, police were present and had whatever it was under control
