I'm s regular at Are a but am continually disappointed with the Fresh Pizza Counter. They're always running out of ingredients and you're lucky to get a 14" base. Suppliers are to blame, but surely the person ordering the stock should take some responsibility!

Asda has a nice range of things but not as compared to small store of fenham for world foods, else u have a wide variety

Its got everything you need toilets andcafe and pharmacy

Covid 19 review. No social distancing, staff don't wear masks, click and collect staff get in the way of customers all the time

It's asda, pretty much what you'd expect of an asda

A large store. Good selection of clothes and seasonal goods. Always busy but not overwhelmingly so. Shelves kept well stocked

Large store with adequate parking. Definitely one of the better Staffed reflecting good customer service approach. Regrettably the Customers don't always warrant it. When you get stuck in a queue at the Service Desk behind some numpty trying to get a refund on something they don't have a receipt for and was never sold at the store you begin to think Staff are too customer care oriented?

Full of riff raff from byker and walker. Better off at Waitrose in Jesmond

Even better than the Asda at the Metro centre plus everything is on one floor

It's an Asda supermarket with all the inventory of a standard Asda supermarket. Public toilet and onsite restaurant.

Everything you need with good and reasonable prices

Good store, lots of stuff in it and right next to a bunch of other stores so you're not far if you want to shop in other stores

Not a bad store ,but not up to Asda Benton standards, just because it is a smaller store is no excuse.

Lots of free parking very accessable in a retail park with other magor shops

I like this store but wasn't happy the bottled water aisle smelt like urine

Open 6 am till 10 pm Monday to Saturday. Big store. Plenty of free parking. Petrol station just opened and is open 24 hours 7 days a week. Helpful friendly staff. Cafe with great food. Wheelchair access. Toilets and disabled toilet. Great store.

There is someone on the door here handing out hand wipes and disinfectant. There doesn't appear to be anyone counting how many people are in the store the maintain social distancing. Don't recall a one way system here either.

Not a large super store but value and quality all under one roof

Was in store today I am a key worker carer in health and social care was told by doorman my id badge not appropriate to get in as not nhs was very upset by this as I am a key worker but he did let me in after that made me feel awfull was only getting shopping for vulrernable person

The food store is good - sells almost all you need, but the cafe I wouldn't recommend! The portion size is terrible for the price you pay...

Normal Asda Walmart type shop..Don't like they meats compared to other shops

Not a "superstore " but carries all the basics with an instore bakery . Plenty of parking.

There's some great shops.great variety.all in the same area.

Some good bargains however certain members of the staff were not very friendly or helpful dam right rude

Big and bountiful loads of cheapish goods a car is a must

8pm price reduction is a mad dash. Helpful staff and maintained well.

Good farm produce, fresh veg, and a lit more. You can also find schools uniforms of all ages. Women undies and children clothing. Basically, Asda has almost everything you might need. And it is close to other good stores like B&M, TK Max, M&S etc

Kids shoes for school are to expensive and don't have any sizes smaller than an 8

Some clothing shops around as well. Tkmaxx m&s and 2 sports shop are there not forgetting argos

Brilliant shop well worth having a look you can always get a great bargain

Great supermarket.easy to get to.sell stuff for the home.such as kitchen ware duvet sets.i was disappointed they didn't sell any curtains in store apart from that great shopping..

Shopping at this retail park is good but I went back twice because I forgot something and was given a through the post parking ticket

Cant understand why the front page says 6-10 for opening hours when the store obviously wasnt going to open until 6.30 this morning, wasted journey this morning

I was impressed coming from London. I found the staff pleasamt and helpful. They took the time to show you when you asked for something.Not just pointing in the direction of the needed product

Nasty terrible store staff security rude as hell not doing any work just smirk at you especially the bold one with frog eye's he's nasty rude he needs to be dismissed

Ok asda not as big as some main stores but sells a good amount of products

As far as asda shops go this isn't a bad one, you can easily do your weeks shopping. The shop itself is a little small for a supermarket and I often find I only go here because it's so close to other shops. If you're looking for a superstore head to gateshead near Ikea.

I like this asda, it's even better than my local one but it is a bit far to travel for me. It's well set out and well stocked. If I can't get some thing at my local asda I would definitely come back here. The coffee wasn't great in the cafe tho. It's also in a great area for other stores and not too far from the metro station.

An ASDA of a decent size, located next to various other shops and outlets, clothing and some homeware available as well as it's food stuffs which take up the majority of the space

submit an official complaint to the security staff and store manager of Asda Newcastle upon Tyne Byker NE6. I was attacked by one of the bodyguards because I didn't want to cover my face with a mask. The security guard was screaming, snatching my shopping cart. He scared my kids. He was kicking me out of the store. When I asked the security guard and manager about the legal basis that I must wear a mask, I was laughed at. Many people in the store were not wearing a mask. Nobody else asked why they weren't wearing a mask but me. This is vile and racist. The woman who was standing in front of the line also didn't have a mask and her protection didn't ask why she wasn't wearing a mask, but kept attacking me. Until then, the shop staff will not show the legal basis and not the ministerial ordinance has no right to treat customers this way. I say that my case should be taken seriously and that the appropriate consequences for the service of the shop will be drawn. I do not have the details of these people because they did not want to give them to me.

Geet big asda with loads of stuff. People wearing pyjamas as far as the eye can see usually
