We have a trailer with the In-Command system and I am pretty good with tech and figuring it out. The system over all is okay, but the touchpad is not very responsive. Today both my wife and I's phones disconnected and so I had to call their Tech Support because I could not get either of them to work. The person I spoke to was extremely RUDE and condescending. She talked over me and would not even listen to my issue. VERY Frustrated right now.

I purchased a new camper that came with a Jensen entertainment center. The system did not work so I called ASA and spoke with Tori. She was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. She sent me a return label, I sent the original stereo back, and ASA sent me a new one that works perfectly.

I am quite pleased with ASA's customer support. The exchange cost me nothing but a little time.

Buyer beware, BAD, BAD, BAD. I just bought a brand new 2019 Keystone Cougar 32RLI. I was sold by Camping World that this thermostat and control device was programmable via smart phone by either bluetooth or by wifi thermostat. The bluetooth works but the wifi does not. The In command does not work properly for hvac control. Turns on both heat and AC at the same time. The set programming schedules do not ececute the programned event.
Asa has a very low knowledge base level of tech support. They will not supply parts. I am a licenced Journeyman electrician. I have worked and programned many thermoststs in my day. The product has poor product interface and extremely poor customer service. I would believe the higher ratings I'm seeing on here are doctored.

We purchased a JWM62A 12v DVD player combo to replace the less-than-satisfactory Furrion unit that came in our RV. We called to talk with a tech before we made the purchase to be sure it was suitable for our needs and made several calls after to clarify installation questions. We spoke with Jon and can't say enough good things about him - he was pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient. When we called about a strange noise, he had us return it and sent out another unit.
The Jenson is easy to use, works beautifully, and the remote is large enough to see but not cumbersome. We are completely satisfied with both the unit and customer service - something not always encountered these days.

I don't usually write bad reviews. The experience I had with tech support was unbelievable. The woman was beyond arrogant and was very condescending. She knew nothing of her product and said she couldn't help me anyway due to liability. I informed etrailer of this experience. Never again will I buy one of their products and I would suggest you don't either.

I was having an issue with my Jensen HD1BT stereo ...

I was having an issue with my Jensen HD1BT stereo (buttons unresponsive on both head unit and handlebar controls).
This is a popular device sold as one of the only plug and play factory replacement stereos for Harley Davidson motorcycles. These units are NOT known for having issues and are proven to have excellent reliability. I came to find that out by searching online for answers pertaining to my issue and failing to come across anything that related to the issue I was having with my HD1BT head unit. I decided to call ASA electronics and to my surprise I was connected with a service tech named Lon within 10 minutes. After 5 minuets into the phone call, he was able to diagnose the issue and my stereo was functioning as per normal again.
The issue occurred through the factory handle bar controls shorting out leading the Jensen HD head unit inoperable, until the handlebar control was unplugged from the harness.
Lon went above and beyond in my opinion as the source to the issue did not stem from his product Itself.

Thank you ASA for the quality products and superior customer service that you provide!.

Do not do any warranty work for this company! They will not pay you. They owe hundreds of dollars since April.Terrible way to do business. I will never sell or use anything Asa products again.

I purchased my camper in 2018 it was a 2019. The touchpad did not work. The company I purchased the camper from said that ASA Electronics was very difficult to deal with. So I contacted them to see if I could replace this touch screen for my incommand Pro. Under warranty their response was you need to take out the old one and send it to us so we can test it and if it's works we will send it back to you. We have done all the diagnostic tests on my end with the dealership as well as myself and their tech support. Definitely determined that this touchpad head unit was bad. I offered to buy a new one and install it and send them the old one. But they refused. They had to have the old one from the travel trailer. So I had to wait the entire season using the phones and a plug-in Mouse to use all the amenities in the camper. There is no way around it this thing runs everything. I finally got to the end of the season and sent it into them I knew it would take time to get it back the assured me it would be 3 days it was more like 3 weeks. I did get the unit back it is apparently a new one. So apparently my old one was bad it was never acknowledged they made me feel like this was all my fault. I've had problems with this since the day I bought it. I went through the entire year without the ability to do anything from the touchscreen which pretty much runs everything in my travel trailer. Every encounter on the phone with them was greeted with a rude response. This was an issue with their equipment that was constantly put back on me. I would never buy anything within command in it. I hope you don't have a problem with it and have to talk to anyone at this company. No wonder the dealership didn't want anything to do with them. I didn't get it until I went through this.
