Reliably good food and nice service, I like to eat in the bar area they now have regular tables instead of just high tops. The beer is also quite good if you like craft beer

Absolutely one of the best meals I've ever had. From the amazing sesame tuna and the delicious filet to the creme and brulee it was a perfect meal. It was accompanied by a reasonably priced bottle of wine and spot on service.

My besties and I always have lunch here at least 2 to 3 times per week. We always have an amazing time with phenomenal food, drinks and laughs!!

Eddie is one of our favorite servers!! He always makes it fun, joyful and absolutely perfect every time we come!!!

I ordered a Cobb salad with grilled chicken and when it arrived everything was chopped into 1/2 inch pieces. It was flavorless and boring. Would definitely not recommend it.

We went on Valentine's Day, which is apparently a "holiday" and so they have a smaller menu and none of their regular specials apply. We probably would not have gone had this been noted. Nevertheless, we had a good meal. Our service was slow, especially considering the restaurant was pretty empty, but the food was good. Eggplant parmesan was notably delicious and the kitchen subbed the pasta for a number of veg options. Beer is good and they have a kids menu too.

Extremely high priced for the quality of the food. We had 9 people for dinner tonight and not one entree was worth the price. Meatballs with Rigatoni was $21.95 and I have had better.from.my local pizza place. Many better restaurants at a more reasonable.

A true family owned restaurant in the heart of Toms River. Among the typical fast food chains; this place stands on its own for fresh food and great service. Cozy and warm the atmosphere this restaurant takes you back to the Mediterranean. When we first went here; we made a reservation; the hostess had a lovely table for us (two people). Our sever made excellent recommendations from the menu as well as a great beer selection. My husband had a beer sampler which I had never seen before. You try all their beers on tap. Our food was fresh and delicious! We come here all the time now; from the daily deals and the chefs specials variety is something this restaurant has.

Always forget how good this place is. Never had a bad meal. Always seem to hit it at a weird time, like 3, when I'm done shopping and have not gotten seated, no one at hostess stand, once stood there 10 minutes and no one around. It was hard to tell if they were open or not, ended up leaving. But, if you eat at normal hours, all the food is very good, be sure to get the tres Leche for dessert, it's amazing!

We recently had a repast lunch here to remember a loved one who passed away. Staff was nice and the food was good. I would go back for a happier occasion.

EXTREMELY delicious food. They have their own beer and wine brewery. Staff is great. Best food in Toms River. Though, on some meals, the portions are small. Coming here often. Great for celebrations, such as communion parties, sweet-sixteens, or graduations. TOP CLASS RESTAURANT FOR LOW PRICES! Dont listen to those goons who say its bad, they are all just competitors that went out of business and now trying to get this one out with bad ratings, but Artisans is here to stay.

I loved the chicken parm, but everything was too expensive for the portioning we were served.

I enjoy going here. the food is good and your waiter is very attentive. I have gone here several times. The only complaint that I have is they keep changing the menu. You'll find something you like and then go back and they've changed it and you can't get it no longer. Other than that everything is good they have a good wine list and beer give it a try you'll like it

The women bartenders are extremely rude. Tried having a nice time with friends and they were unusually snobby and were not interested in taking our order.... very strange. I won t be back

Portions were a little small particularly the calamari appetizer. But everything was very good. My ceaser salad was big and great, I had the chicken parmesan from the special menu and it was very good. Came with dessert and the brownie Sunday was also great.

Artisans is my go to restaurant and beer place. They brew their own right in the back. Always having five seasonal brews on tap. I've never had bad food or drink in this place. The bar tenders are phenomenal. The best old fashioned I've ever had. I normally go for the blue cheese burger. 13.50 last I checked but it's decent. The atmosphere is nice. It's a cozy adult oriented restaurant. Quiet, not to bright, not too dark. There are tvs for the games, but not tvs everywhere. They are known for their bar pies but to be honest I've never had one. Their beer selection is pretty good and occasionally they have beer tastings in which they have something like 30 breweries come in and give out tastings.

Now the one thing that keeps me coming back is the German food. They have a true German bratwurst (not anduin sausage) that is the only one I've found around here that's any good. I spent the 70 bucks to go to their October fest celebration and it was absolutely worth the money. Their in house beers are passed around in pitchers. They have an oompa band and are constantly singing and playing games. It's a five course meal and the authentic German food is to die for.

So if you are looking for a quiet place to knock back a few with friends, or the right place for a first date I highly recommend this place.

I had the best Eggplant Rollatini I've ever had. Service was excellent and they had the best 70's satellite music running! Only complaint is the children's menu items did not include a beverage and I think $4.00 is exorbitant for an apple juice.

I live locally and have been wanting to try this place for a long time. I went on Saturday which is 1/2 price for a glass of wine. I completely understand that they are short staffed due to covid-19, but our server took our order and never returned until we paid. My friend and I got the exact same order and both got sick from the food, not sure if it was the wine or the entree but was not impressed.

Often forgotten place in Tom's River. Great beers. Their own and a good selection of craft bottles. One of the best burgers in town. Check for specials

Very disappointed in our experience. We recently had a shower here, picked to have it here because I enjoyed myself all the other times I ve been there. They have a lot of restrictions. No small candy for a candy table charge you to have your own cake there but would allow you if it replaced the desserts that come with the package, to list a few which weren t a big deal to me. Wouldn t allow set up 1 minute before 12pm. Family arrived 15mins early to set up and they were told they were early and not allowed in. We were told there was no confetti allowed on the tables after it was already placed. The woman in charge was honestly just rude and rubbed a lot of people the wrong way felt like we were more of a inconvenience. The waitstaff was nice and helpful where they could be. My suggestion would be to list all the rules on your website or tell people upon booking give them more of a run down of what is offered and not offered. I work in customer service and understand the difficulties that come with that but if your advertising private parties you should be better equipped to handle them and have a better person in place to represent your team.

That was quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever seen, we walked in, there's plenty empty tables within view big enough to seat us and the hostess says to us "we can't seat you because the waitresses and kitchen haven't caught up yet". All's we asked was to be seated to wait, nope can't do that, would be too difficult. Place looked nice but seriously will never step foot in there again to try again. You clearly didn't want our business, I promise you I will never go back to try again.

The food was very good but the prices were kind of on the high side. We started off with the Rhode island calamari and the entrees were meatballs and rigatoni, gnocchi bolognaise and lamb pierogies

Great restaurant near Seaside Heights. Service was very good. The menu is rather limited, but that's not important as the pizzas are the show-stealers anyways. They are absolutely delicious with a perfect thin crust in real Italian fashion. The pizzas are large enough to be shared and the ingredients are fresh and tasty. Of course, there is the beer factor! The home brews are also very good, with well balanced flavors and a nice selections of different styles and IBUs. Great specials are offered every days.

Have been there 2 times in the last 2 weeks and was disappointed both times. We Have been there a lot over the last number of years, and they had some great specials but I don't know what has changed. The hamberger was less than good. My husbands meal was half a bowl at $20.I was charged 1. For 2 slices of tomato and 1. for lettuce to go with my hamburger. Doesn't That usually come along with a hamburger?.Our waiter was fine and attentive but I will not go back. Its a shame because I always liked it there.

Was pretty good. Tonight was ladies night for dinner so we lucked out. Love the butternut squash soup and the martinis were very good.

Great ambiance and great food. Went here for a baby shower and a work Christmas party; good for all occasions.

I am very unimpressed. Went her a few other times and had no issues and good was great. This time, not the case. Walked in with my boyfriend for a celebratory dinner and we were seated in the bar area, when we went to sit we saw there was somebody's jacket on the chair. My bf went and asked if we could be seated in the dining area and the hostess told him it was"unavailable" when clearly there were empty tables, he then informed her about the jacket on the chair and her response was "oh it was probably someone at the bar" and continued to do nothing about it. We asked our waitress and she informed us there was no private party so we asked to be put on a waitlist and she was confused. After that we decided to leave due to the poor service.

Overall very upset with the service and how we were treated.

We came for the first time on 2/13/16. I cannot say enough about how delicious the food was and how fabulous our waiter Justin was. The craft beer was great! Wonderful atmosphere!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Good environment and friendly staff. Burger was very good with the beer cheese but the gnocchi was a little off but could be personal taste. Hummus was one of the best I ever had. Will be back!

It was my family s first time here and it was poor service very slow getting everything and their was barely any customers in the restaurant even the kids drinks and the price of the food was too much for the amount they serve on your plate even for the salads and pasta I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone

We always love coming to Artisan's. The specials are always amazing and the staff is always courteous.

The food is amazing and the service is always on point. I can not say enough good things about this place. But the Brussel sprouts are now my favorite appetizer.

I used to love artisans, but they dropped my favorite meal from the menu. I had been getting it there for years, why remove it from the menu? The waitress said she'd ask the chef if he can make it anyways and she never even came back to the table to tell me if he could or not. She just showed up with my backup option. The food was enormous which makes sense for the price. But flavor is lacking tremendously. Good for the lounge but huge thumbs down for dining room. One good thing is that the staff is friendly.

Had my nieces baptism after party here. The food was delicious and atmosphere was amazing!

We had shrimp cocktail, chicken parmigiana, and chicken bolognese, it was terrific, our server Dani was fantastic, quick, and took care of our experience like she owned it. Couldn't have had a better, nicer Waitress. Artisans is a wonderful place for a nice meal.

Food was great the restaurant is presentable. My only concern was the wait time for the food. We where there at least an hour to long and a beer took 10 minutes to arrive at the table
