Excellent friendly service! A blessing for a hot Xmas! Thank you

They installed an air conditioning unit a couple of months ago and it has never work for long so they keep sending repair guys out but they never fix it and instead just seem to get it working for another couple of weeks and then it stops and we start all over again.
Also very difficult to get the repairs guys to turn up on time and instead you just end up standing around waiting for them to show. They wont call to inform you of delays or cancellations.
Would not recommend!

I m know it is a busy time of year but found their admin unresponsive. They over sold us a unit which could service a room 3 times the size. We have an air conditioner but had a generally disappointing experience

Artisan Air is an awesome company to deal with. Super friendly service, really know their products, and even made a recommendation for a bit of air-conditioning Tech that I was after that they didn't even sell. Now that's what I call customer service!
